“I was very very disappointed on my return for the things I sent. Some items were new and in boxes. Had it not been the pandemic I would have got everything returned to me. If it’s really gold and silver and original antiques they want they should say that. I had things that could have been sold on by them as never used. Watches boxed and never used. Sorry I won’t ever use them again or recommend to any friends. I was ripped off. Sent two boxes.”

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been returning parcels to customers as we would usually, albeit with more care taken to quarantine items to ensure they are safe. The offers made by our appraisers are based on several factors, including the age, authenticity, quality, and condition of the items we receive. We specialise in vintage and antique items so would generally advise against customers sending us new items, as you mention in your review. I only wish you had chosen to decline our offer and have all of your items returned, as we'd always rather return a whole parcel to our customers rather than have you accept an offer you are unhappy with. “I have recently sent my second parcel as I was quite impressed with the service and received a generous offer for my first and Jordan from customer service was really helpful - don’t send items that are sentimental to you or that you think are worth a lot as often what we think they are worth is quite often not the real value but they explain all this in their brochure - I found it a really easy experience and am quite excited waiting for an offer on my second box...”
