Wasn’t imoressed with cash cows offer sent a large box of costume jewelry brass and silver including a Pandora bracelet with 8 charms we had it sent back and then sold the bracelet alone for more than they offered us for the lot

Unfortunately, modern jewellery, such as Pandora, doesn't have a good resale value on the antique market, so customers may prefer to sell modern jewellery privately to ensure they get the outcome they're looking for. Brilliant service kept me up dated from the moment I ordered my free pack. I sent off items which I inherited that I kept in a cupboard for over seven years, I must admit I couldnt wait for my quote and how shocked and happy I was when I received my good news.. Thank you all at cash cow.

I am extremely disappointed having received the pack & packaging up my late father in laws cameras & lenses. The package is supposedly lost although the tracker shows it was received the following day. Have been sent numerous texts informing me the labels will expire although messaged to say parcel already sent. I even received a phone call to ask me about sending my parcel who I informed they have supposedly received & lost. Still awaiting contact as to what happens next.

Not happy at all with this company I sent a box of items one of them was my late mums of value was sent them back to me as the offer was rubbish apart from the value item which was missing in the returned box when emailed to be told it had broken in transit no explanation wasn't told until I raised the issue they say your items are insured but received nothing for the broken item then just binned it so upset and angry about this they are con artists and I would definatly not advise to use so all the adverts on telly are rubbish so so angry

Hi Lorraine, Thank you for your honest review of our service, I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your offer you received for your items and that when your items were sent back to you, the porcelain platter wasn't in the box to you. Unfortunately, we do set out in our terms and conditions and our marketing that we cannot accept any breakable items due to them usually not getting to us in one piece, and can therefore injure an appraiser when they open the box. Having looked into this in more detail, I can see that the platter was broken when it arrived to us, and had broken into a lot of sharp pieces, and as such we did have to dispose of this. We are unable to send broken sharp items back to our customers to stop them getting hurt too. Unfortunately, we weren't able to put an offer on an item that is broken, as we wouldn't be able to resell this. We do understand that this was not the outcome you expected here. Our offers are based on what we can expect to make from the items in our outlets, and we do offer slightly less in order to maintain a viable business. I can see from your account that you had a good mix of items including small amounts of silverware and a lot of costume jewellery, Unfortunately, Costume jewellery is often mass-produced which leads to a lower offer. I am pleased to see however that you have chosen to have your items returned back to free of charge, as we would always prefer to send items back to a customer if they aren't completely happy with their offer given. Don't be ripped off by these scammers - they will take your expensive possessions and give you peanuts for them - and if you don't accept their offer you might not see your goods again

45 WW2 medals sent to them just to be insulted with a cash offer of £66. Foxtrot Oscar is all I have to say about that. That's daylight robbery if I've ever seen it.

Well where I do I begin couldn’t give me a valuation on my very precious Items ..sent numerous emails for there return chasing them and informing me wasn’t in no notice!.?when try to deliver went back to post office time and time again gave me wrong date for re delivery. And guess what no!! return supposed to leave with neighbour really nothing!.? Well they haven’t so my items I don’t know where anymore couldn’t even offer to send to my Work address. So basically I have never got them back!.? Sick! Of emailing them all dates and excuses So I will never see these precious memories items again . Am looking into taking this further.. They have Put me through stress!, loss and more

Had vintage cash cow roadshow in our town (newbury berks).Took some antigue items,but didn't want any of them.All they was interested in was gold,silver and jewellery. Also in was advertised that Antony charmers and team.also tv's David hakeney would be there,but neither was.there wax two guys valuing items but they was irish.I think this was a scam,or they was using cash cow name.

Hello, I had a very bad experience with cash cow a few years ago. I had asked for a ring and a coin back which were of sentimental value. I was sent a photo of a receipt saying that they were in a Royal Mail sorting officer but I never received them back. I am very disappointed with this service and I would recommend that no one use this service. I will not be changing my review whilst I still have not received my property back.

I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our service, I can see that your items were sent back to you on 27/10/20, but unfortunately, as it has been much more than 28 days, we are now unable to see the tracking anymore for these items, and as it has been more than 120 days Parcelforce will no longer have your parcel, as they can only hold onto parcels for a limited amount of time. Disappointed. Offered a little over £50 for my things, which included an antique brooch with valuation (excess £100 for insurance purposes). They value the quantity of gold/silver in your contents BUT they keep everything you send them unless you decline their offer. Beware of putting valuable items in your box they may not be able to compete with valuations but won't return individual items (so where do they go - landfill? Doubt it). I had my box returned, none of the jewellery was put back into their boxes, it was all returned mixed together in small plastic bags and everything was tangled.

With regard to your offer, it is important to note that insurance valuations are an estimated cost to replace an item as new and, as such, tend to be significantly higher than the resale value of the same item. To clarify, the offers we make are always for the whole box of items we receive which we do make clear during our offer calls. I would like to apologise that your items were not returned in the same manner you sent them to us. I just waiting to hear back from them where my goods are after a poor offer of 8 pound was made and refused. I rating 2 at present as they are trying to track my goods which I hope they find but if not they will have to claim from parcel force wow and going by there value dont suppose I get anything like what I would have got if sold myself but ill update once all sorted. Really disappointed so far with offer and non return of goods.

I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your offer, unfortunately, as we are a bulk de-cluttering service, we do ask for a range of items to be sent to us, across at least 3 categories that we can accept. When looking into your items, I can see that costume jewellery and a small amount of watches were sent to us. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any items that had a rarity or collectibility factor which does limit how much they can generate on the second-hand market. I am saddened to hear that your items haven't been returned back to you yet, and I can see we have passed this case on our customer care team who will be in touch within 5 working days to discuss the matter further after liaising with Parcelforce. The box arrived promptly and had easy to follow instructions. I received several emails asking if I had considered posting the filled box yet After I confirmed I had sent the box, they said it hadn't arrived in their system . Luckily I have proof of postage and a list of all items sent Waiting to hear from them. I hope this isn't a scam.

Upon reviewing your emails with our team, I can see that your box arrived to us without a customer ID sticker attached. Without this sticker, we cannot tell who the box belongs to, in order to scan it into your account. We appreciate that you got in touch to let us know that you had not received confirmation of us receiving your box. The postage receipt was incredibly helpful in identifying which unnamed box belonged to you, by matching the tracking number. This was passed on to our Logistics team, that the box belonged to you, so they could assign it to you in the system. This was done this morning, so your box could move on to the appraisals department. We advise 3-5 working days for the appraisal to be complete, but please do feel welcome to get in touch in the meantime if you have any other concerns or questions, and we will be happy to help.
