“Hello. I have enjoyed using the services. Very friendly, the response time and the communication are great. Not just great fantastic. I have already recommended you to lots of friends I would have like to have been contacted to have been told as the Money Transfer System was not working we will post you the cheques. Instead of me waiting and then calling. But the cheques arrived very quickly. Thank you regards Marina Anagnostou. “I checked that my items were eligible, and they were. Took three weeks to get my offer, it was dismal, much worse than I ever though, I knew it wouldn't be massive money, but at least it would 50,which I would take. Inside was pewter, medals, vintage leather wallet, lots of watches, jewellery. Silver plate, clock, three ornate old brass boxes, vintage Sheffield steel, costume jewellery and much more... Offer 30 quid. Was shocked at that, that's really low. Will not use again or recommend. Getting the items sent back”

Whilst this is longer usual, we did email and text when your items arrived to let you know that we have been busier than usual. We do not claim to be able to give the highest value offers on the market. We try of course to be as fair as possible with our offers, but the value often depends on our market at the time. That being said, we do aim to provide a more simple and efficient way to sell your items than traditional selling platforms. We are pleased that you made use of our returns process and had your items sent back to you free, tracked and insured with Parcelforce. “The process was very easy. A friend recommended me and I requested a postage label. Sorted my things and dropped the box at the post office. I was telephoned s few days later with an offer which I was happy to accept. The money was transferred into my account more or less immediately.”

“Great, efficient and friendly service, which keeps no-longer-wanted items away from landfill and offers valuation and cash for those that can be on-sold. I counter-checked the valuation on some silverware and it was accurate. Highly recommended.”

“What a delightful company to do business with. My husband and I have been wanting to declutter for several years lol, and when we saw the advertisement we decided to go ahead. From the beginning of the process of putting our unwanted items in a box to the collection and them contacting us to say parcel had arrived, then telephoning us to say what their offer for our unwanted items was going to be was seamless. At all times we were kept informed of what was happening. We were then offered our lump sum which was in my bank account later that day. Would highly recommend this company. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars.”

“On the whole, I was very impressed with the whole process, but as I sent in so many different items, it would have been nice to have a breakdown of prices for each of the different items rather than a total price.”
