I used them very early on. I got no free packing but I sent them at least £100 worth of silver and jewellery etc and I was sent just £24!!!! I have learned my lesson!

Two weeks ago I sent a OMEGA Geneve watch for valuation and you returned it saying you "EXPERT" said it was broken. I took it to a well known jewelers he stood at the counter smiled at me. Handed it back to me and it as working. He said it works better when it is wound up. ( Perhaps you "EXPERT" would like a few lessons on how to wind a watch up.) I have a video of the watch working but being my age I don't know how to attach it (sorry).

What a complete waste of time, sent a box with some vintage Dinky fire engines, plus other various items, they were so excited that I had sent them, they sent me numerous emails expressing their anticipation. The images of people receiving some £200 plus certainly do a great job in attracting customers. I was offered a sum well below my expectations, as I have said a waste of my time and effort in sending.

I sent them a brand new 35mm SLR camera and flash gun, full instructions and camera bag. I was offered £19. A complete rip off. I would never ever use them again.

I boxed up a large box full of different items, some more value than other,they offered me £20 I wasn't expecting much but I know for sure the items were worth much more than that

Sent a numerous cameras some over 50 years old. Was offered £20 for the lot! When I asked why so low they said if I had the boxes I would have been offered more?! Who keeps boxes from 50 years ago?! Since sold on eBay for £500 which I should have done in the first place.

I sent a box of items in June. Having long-standing connections to the antique trade i had a good idea of the value of the items which included a good Victorian telescope, WW1 medals, a small-boat compass and a Royal Marines officer's beret with white metal badge. I was offered £28 for the lot, a totally ludicrous appraisal. I subsequently took the above items to a dealer in Edinburgh who a) gave me £145 for them and b) laughed out loud at the offer Vintage Cash Cow had made.

Don’t do it! Used these guys a while ago completely ripped off for some items I knew for sure were worth a lot more. After reading reviews I took the offer simply because I didn’t have any confidence they would be returned in one piece. The advertising on tv sounds convincing but don’t be fooled. Terrible

Your box may have arrived without the Sender ID label. When boxes arrive without a Sender ID label, we don't know who they belong to, so they go to our unidentified parcels area in the hope that the customer contacts us with the details required to identify their box. Have to agree with the negative reviews, just got an offer of £29 for box full of goodies including Swarovski crystals, gold, silver, brass etc told one of the items was broken so they chucked it in bin🤔..I await the return of my box, so waste of time and won't be using again.

Our offers are based on what we can expect to make from the items in our outlets, and we do offer slightly less in order to maintain a viable business. From your account, I can see that the main items sent included Brass and costume jewellery, Unfortunately these items are both rather saturated on the second-hand marketplace, which would mean unless there was a rarity to these items, they would generate a limited offer. I can see that there were a few items in the parcel made of breakable materials. Unfortunately, if an item is broken, and can be considered a health risk to our logistics team or the customer receiving the items, we are unable to send them back I'm afraid. This is outlined in our terms and conditions. I am pleased to see that you chose to have your items returned back to you free of charge, rather than accepting an offer you were unhappy with. I've sent of box of things and received numerous emails saying they've tried to contact me . I haven't had no calls from them at all. Then I received an email saying thank you for speaking to us and here is your offer. I haven't spoken to them at all.

I would not send them anything again I sent a box full of stuff only to be offered £10 then when I questioned them they said it was the value of the metal I sent two horses a dog with phesent on a wooden plaque old watches jewelry set and a vintage fergason tractor ornament so they looked into it and offered me £15 saying things where broken and disposed of and could not give me any proof so vintage cash cow are highway robbers do not send them anything

This is because they are too fragile to send in the post, and we cannot insure them against damage in transit. Choosing to send breakable items against our Terms and Conditions can result in items getting damaged, which we of course understand is disappointing for you to hear. In the case of a breakable item arriving broken, it is sometimes necessary to dispose of it, for the safety of our staff and you as a customer. Offered my partner a price he said no. Then he got another phone call saying item was broken so they are throwing it away and they would not return his items. We are going to the ombudsmen. The first phone call didn’t mention any issues. Very strange please do not send them your valuables.

AVOID! Watch box returned destroyed. This company called me originally and stated the cctv shows the box containing all the items was received damaged citing this as the reason for my damaged watch case. When I pointed out this senerio was impossible, they then went away to review CCTV again . They came back and suddenly theirs a blind spot on the CCTV! This prompted an offer of £75 'good will'. When this was declined the next excuse was the watch was a fake! Avoid!

We cannot make an offer of compensation for fake items as it contradicts our terms and conditions and insurance policy. I can see we requested pictures of the documentation to prove the watch's authentication. We have not received this so we cannot take this matter further at this point in time. I’m quite disappointed to read so many negative reviews, I think there needs to be a level of realism! I sent a box of things, some more valuable than others with no preconceived idea of total worth, I was thrilled with the service which was exactly as described. I received a very fair offer and the money was in my bank instantly. Excellent, would highly recommend. Iit’s also worth remembering how time consuming is would be to dispose of these items individually if I was trying to sell them myself.

Dodgy, scam company. I sent a massive box with around 100 items being worth a decent amount. They offered me £80 for the entire thing saying it's only cheap costume jewellery. I found it disheartening thinking all the items weren't worth anything but took two items to Cashoot in Kingston as I couldn't carry the box. He offered me £140 for both of them stating they were both gold - the watch alone being £100 and then transferred the money straight away. One item out of about one hundred was worth more than what they offered me for the entire box! Terrible, dodgy company. I'd recommend taking your items to places like Cashoot or other pawn shops that offer fair prices and they don't try to scam you. The other items I think are worth something I'll take them back to that pawn shop and put some bits for sale online. Anything else I will bin as I'd rather it went in the bin than companies like this making a profit from it :)
