“In all our dealings with Vintage Cash Cow, all of the administration could not have been simpler with one call, quickly answered to set up free collection and the courier providing the label. From there we usually have a quick response acknowledging receipt and then another call with the offer. It is sometimes difficult to relate the offer precisely to what was in the box but providing we keep a rough list of what we sent, we can judge the reasonableness of the offer. Thus far we have been satisfied that the offer is fair and we also have the added knowledge that VCC recognise us as a charity not just any business or individual. Long way to say that we are happy”

“The pick up service is excellent The appraisal is rubbish vintage handbags do have a value especially in good clean condition vintage jewellery is not valuable but still has some worth the offer was ridiculously low as a vintage lover I know one handbag would fetch what was offered for several handbags and jewellery”

“A very useful and easy to use service. It is all made very easy. The offers are very fair in the context of what one would have to pay to get the stuff valued and perhaps auctioned off, along with hefty commission fees. Beats standing at a car boot sale in the rain, wondering if you'll make the stall fee and petrol money back, let alone a profit!”
