“Service was very quick. The money transfer was extremely fast which I was very pleased about. I was disappointed in the amount I got I had hoped it would be a little more. The staff are all very professional and friendly and helpful. VCC is very easy to use. It's irritating that you don't get my name right”

“What a great service, it couldn’t be easier, just post your stuff in a box, postage paid by Cash Cow and a few days later they call you with a valuation. I was surprised by my valuation, it was more than I expected and once I agreed to sell, the money was credited to my bank within hours.”

“It was very easy to use. Send items in a box that you wish to be valued stick ,on the label provided, take to post office and Vintage Cow advise when they receive parcel, few days later a valuation is given over the telephone, you can either accept or reject. I thought my parcel was worth more than offered, but I wanted to dispose of items so I let them go, rather than have them back and having to find another cource to dispose of them.”

“there was a little confusion initially as to what labels I had put on the box but that was soon ironed out. I was contacted very quickly to say that the stuff had been received followed by an offer by phone a few days later. Of course I would have liked more but the things were just hanging around in my house so it was good for them to go. The man who phoned me with the offer was absolutely lovely, a pleasure to chat to.”
