“After waiting 10 weeks for our new sign I was disappointed to see a spelling error in the house name. Whilst the sign is now being remade it there was no method of expediting the production and delivery of the new sign. This error will have left me waiting nearly half a year for my order.”

Hi Ben, I am sorry that there was a spelling mistake on the sign! This should have been picked up upon quality control so I apologise for this! I completely understand how disappointed you must be, but I can confirm that your order is being treated as a high-priority order. Our standard delivery is 8-10 weeks as stated on the website, but we aim to turn our replacements around within 6 weeks as mentioned to you via email. “We are very pleased with the Long Meadow sign. The finish is good and the artwork is excellent. It arrived without any damage and the courier was on time. The delivery was lengthy so don't be in a rush for one of these but worth the wait. Many thanks.”

“Took 10 weeks to arrive after production mistakes. I received impersonal email saying: it’ll take longer. You can cancel or go ahead. I.e take it or leave it. I wish I’d left it. The sign is fine and as advertised but it is very small and quite hard to read. I wish I’d bought the next size up but I assumed it was large enough since I bought 2 sizes up. Wish I’d bought a simple oak sign instead.”

“Beautiful house plaque, however it didn't seem to warrant the price paid . The wait is a bit too long too. Really thought it would be a heavier more substantial sign , its quite lightweight. On a positive note it does look great”
