“They do a very good and polite work. I missed the spelling when I ordered. They contacted me and pointed out the mistake. They kept me informed of their progress and eventually sent me a tracking number. The item I received is also very nice and I am very satisfied.”

“My sign took two months to be delivered, but it was worth the wait. It's absolutely beautiful, slightly different from the picture but unique and extremely special. Customer Service were helpful and quick to respond when contacted with estimated delivery query. Highly recommended.”

“Was very excited to received our sign however we were not happy with some of the lettering as it was not straight and for the price that we paid who were very disappointed and still waiting for someone to deal with this problem.”

“Excellent service all round from Village Green Signs. Beautiful and bespoke signs. Quality and care taken over work is excellent. This is the 2nd sign we've purchased (due to moving home) and so happy with end product. Customer service and communication was excellent and price of sign very competitive and well worth the money.”

Thank you for your review. Our standard delivery is 7-8 weeks, with a 1-2 week delay currently, which works out to around 10 weeks for the delivery time, as these products are hand-made and hand painted. I can see your order was sent out within the 7th week which is earlier than our expected delivery time frame. We do hope you like sign and are happy with the product received.
