“My husband was delighted with his gift. The company phoned me to check they had the design correct and I was happy with how it was likely to turn out. The artists did a great job. Regular updates at each stage of process. I would have found clearer indication of time window involved helpful, earlier in the ordering process. However, a late present is always fun and this was worth the wait. Thanks you so much, it will look great on our cottage.”

“I was looking for a sign for our caravan and came across this company and so glad I did . I wanted a picture of a harrier flying through a beach sunset on an oval plaque. I sent of some photos and low and behold I now have exactly what I was looking for , it looks excellent and the harrier amazing. Well made and hand painted I couldn’t be happier . It had to be made to order and I was told 6-8 weeks , it arrived in 7 perfect and ready to be mounted to our decking on the caravan when the site reopens next week .”

“Have just moved to a brand new property and we have several numbers the same close by, so ordered a slate tile sign with the number and road name, ideal. Fairly easy to fit but had no instructions as had several parts we didn't really need, and also would have been nice to have black screws instead of the gold, as the caps do not fit over them, but easily solved by buying 2 black screws, so far very pleased with the sign and make finding us easier for deliveries!”

“I would not use Village Green Signs again because they are much too slow to produce the product. Their needs come before the customer's needs. I ordered my sign in December and paid for it in full, and only received it at the end of February. If they cannot do better than that they should employ more staff, or get extra staff over Christmas.”
