Hi I have looked into this and can see that your purchase was for an acrylic house sign which has the size detailed on the product page of 14x14cm so it would therefore arrive this size. We do have larger signs available on our website that may have been more suitable. However, I am glad that this can be seen from down your drive :) Many thanks, Village Green Signs

We do advise of an 11-week delivery time on our website and you should be notified of each production stage via an automatically generated email. Hi Heidi Thank you for leaving a review. We are glad that you are happy with the sign purchased :) However, I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the delivery time. As we are a small family-run business and the sign that you purchased was a custom hand-made sign to order, it has to go through multiple production stages including templating, casting, painting, and weatherproofing before it is quality control checked. This means that the standard production time is 8 weeks but we do advise on our website of a 1-2 week delay at the moment. All of our delivery times are stated at checkout and across our website banner to advise customers prior to placing an order with us, so we are surprised to hear that this delivery time was unexpected. Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us so I apologise for the delay in dispatching your order but do hope that the quality and uniqueness of the sign far outweigh this. “Orders take over three months to complete which comes with a defensive couldn't care attitude from their staff. We've bought two signs from them which are pretty basic and shouldn't take anything like three or more months. I will never order from them again.”

Hi Rod, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided. This is really sad to hear as we always want to provide the best service possible. In regards to the delivery time, as you had placed an order for a custom hand-made resin house sign, the production time is longer as the sign has to go through many stages of production. Our delivery time of 8 weeks as standard is noted at checkout, along with our unfortunate 2-week delay across the website banner. This is all noted on the website so that our customers are aware of our turnaround time prior to placing an order with us. I can see that on this occasion, your order was sent out within this time frame and I hope that you are happy with the products received :) However, I am deeply saddened to hear that you have had a bad experience with our customer care team and have looked into this but am unable to find any previous correspondence with us. “I chose to use Village Green Signs because of the ease of use of the site and the great reviews. I have not been disappointed. I was kept informed regularly about the process and the package arrived earlier than I expected. It is beautiful, really well made and looks fantastic.
