Had a broken boiler, Village Heating fixed it straight away! Very happy with their service!

Fantastic service from Village Heating. Staff at Village Heating are great, as they were very friendly. Village Heating fixed my boiler, prices are fairly reasonable in comparison to other companies.

This Company took payment in advance and never turned up. They said they would be with us between 5 and 6 pm calling half an hour before they arrived.When they failed to arrive we called several times.They claim they give 24 hr service but all we got was an answermachine.We did eventually get through to the Boss who said someone woyld call us. They never did. Our whole evening was ruined waiting for them Even 3 days later we had not heard a word from them even though they had taken our money. It is now nearly a week since our call to them and we have not even had an apology!!! How dare they take our money and not turn up. Meanwhile we ate still waiting for a refund.

Village Heating came out straight away to fix my boiler, as it broke down and I needed heating as I have young children in my household. I am extremely impressed with there quick service. The engineer which came was great and fixed the issue.

Great service from Village Heating! My old boiler,broken down and I knew it would be time for a new one. They provided me with a free estimate, which I was impressed with as many companies tried to convince me to pay for them to come out. The engineer which came to install my boiler, was great he arrived early and ensured that the place was left tidy! The prices which Village Heating charged are fairly reasonable.

Amazing service from Village Heating. I had to call,last night to get my boiler repaired. The engineer which came out was fantastic, he was helpful and told me what was wrong with my boiler. Very impressed with Village Heating.

Fantastic Service from Village Heating. Called on Saturday for an engineer to come and fix my boiler. I am extremely happy with Village Heating. They engineer fixed my boiler and assured me that it was working fine. So glad I have hot water and heating!

Please avoid this company at all cost!!! Receptionist/secretary shouldn't work in customer service at all. I never had to talk to such a rude person in my whole life. In my company she would be fired instantly! Now about whole situation. ..Our boiler stopped working (flame failure ) so we called engineers from this company. We have been charged for diagnosis and left with not working boiler. 2 days later they came with spare part £250 + another charge for call out. After an hour they informed us that part which they replaced wasn't a problem. They left us for whole weekend without hot water and heating suggesting that they will send another engineer to have a look but first we have to book boiler service. When I told mentioned previously receptionist that effectively they are leaving us without heating and hot water for whole weekend her response was as follow :"Yeah...preety much". When we asked for refund because work wasn't done they told us that was inexperienced engineer (so if we would be enough lucky and have experienced one we wouldn't have to pay for 3 visits)We had to call on site another company which fixed our boiler in 15 minutes without extra costs and multiple visits. I'm going to tell all my friends and neighbours about VH in person and social media. People have to know that they will deal with highly incompetent company if they decide to call them.

I needed a powerflush on several of my radiators. The customer service team, provided me with a great price to powerflush 5 radiators. The plumber which came to do it was fantastic. I would highly recommend them!

This company ask for payment in advance and once you paid for one hour of work, you are tied to them and have to keep paying for many visits until they fix your boiler. I have been charged £458 to replace a Gas valve on my boiler. The part costs only £120 inc Vat, but It took them a week to find out what is wrong and charged me for 3 visits. The actual bill woug have been £532 and they give me some discount after I complained. On a good side, they have good boss, Daniel who listen to you and also staff and engineers are very polite.

Could not ask for a better company! I spoke to a member of there customer service team on there online chat and they were very helpful. I called Village Heating up, after I found out there reasonable prices and booked an engineer down to come fix my boiler. Engineer which came to fix my boiler was very polite and fixed the issue. I am very happy with the great service which Village Heating provided!

Great service form Village Heating, the staff found me an appointment within a day. An engineer fixed my boiler within a few days of ordering a part. Extremely happy with Village Heating, I cannot fault the service which they provide.

My boiler was on the verge of breaking down. Village Heating provided a great service as the engineer called 30 minutes before hand. The engineer was very professional and ensured my boiler was fixed in no time!

Very happy with Village Heating's service. Called Village Heating to service my boiler and the customer service team found me an appointment straight away The engineer which serviced my boiler was very friendly and told me all about the other services which Village Heating offer. I am definitely will be using Village Heating again.

Several of my radiators needed a powerflush. Village Heating offered me a great price in comparison to other companies. The Plumber which came was great. Can't fault the excellent service which Village Heating provide!
