Hi Mr Thwaite Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately we do not send out VAT invoices with our deliveries at standard, however if you put a note on your order when you place it via our web site (there is a section where you can make requests or add notes) then we can do that for you. I have e mailed the VAT receipted invoice to you just now. Many Thanks Mel

Hi Neil. Thank you for taking the trouble to leave us a review and I am sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery timescale. I have looked into this for you and can see we received your order on Sunday 31st July which was processed on Monday 1st August. Your order was dispatched on Thursday the 4th and I can see you received it on Friday the 5th because we upgraded your delivery service to a DPD overnight at our cost due to the delay. We are experiencing delays due to raw material shortages which are out of our hands, but we do whatever we can to improve the situation. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Many Thanks. Mel
