Hi and thank you for leaving us a review. My apologies that we delivered your initial delivery to the wrong address, unfortunately it went via Royal Mail so we weren't able to control this. We weren't able to send you a replacement immediately, to the correct address, due to being in an out of stock situation, so had to wait for the initial delivery to be returned. I appreciate this has caused you issues with your Customer which I can only apologies for. If you could confirm that your VT order confirmation number was 44651 I can issue a refund for the carriage. “Using it to stick reflective bubblewrap to Correx board, for radiators and it seems to be working well so far, as radiators have fins and it does not come in contact with the radiator face recommend storing tape in a cool dry place as it can be a bit fussy peeling backing off if it gets cold and damp, but that's only a minor issue Overall pleased with the product”

“Waste of time. Ordered two tapes. None received. Email is vague and unspecific - presumably both tapes were out of stock? No follow up. "Due to our large product range it is not always possible to keep all products, sizes and colours in stock. Currently we do not have an item on your order in stock and available for immediate despatch, we apologise for this inconvenience."”

Good Morning Peter. Thank you for taking the trouble to leave a review and for the seperate e mail to our Directors Patricia and Colin. I can confirm that we received your order at 9.37am on Thursday 6th January. At 10.38am that same day we e mailed you to communicate a delay in stock. As we did not receive a response we kept your order on back order until stock was available. “We found Viking's Technical team extremely helpful in choosing the right product. Delivery was super quick and it has certainly helped make a good job of the teak rubbering strake and capping piece on our project. (3M 5200 Marine Sealant/Adhesive 295ml - Black)”
