“Not had one reply in 6 messages sent to various Viking email addresses. I ended up.calling phone.number to be told I hadn't paid for a tracked service and that royal mail is on strike. It's been overb2 weeks now. Still no replies.”

Good Afternoon Paul. Thank you for your review. We have done a search for the e mails you sent in house but can't find any, so I have asked our external IT Dpt to look into this further. My apologies that no one responded. I have checked on your order and it was sent the day after you placed it via the delivery service you selected which was 2nd class post. This service may well have been effected by the various Royal Mail strikes which are unfortunately out of our control. Unfortunately we can not track 2nd class post unlike the other options we offer via DPD. Once again thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will report back if my IT Dpt find the missing e mails. Many Thanks. Mel

Hi Mr Thwaite Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately we do not send out VAT invoices with our deliveries at standard, however if you put a note on your order when you place it via our web site (there is a section where you can make requests or add notes) then we can do that for you. I have e mailed the VAT receipted invoice to you just now. Many Thanks Mel
