Alan, what we expect from a Viessmann boiler, thank you for the feedback.
The new update in the summer wasn't understood by viessmann engineers. It took months for the Eco mode to be introduced. Before that it was impossible to have water heating on anything but constant, which was extremely expensive. Now I use the Eco mode I have better control of costs. Viessmann sent an engineer who had no clue how to work the new software. 4 months later, the Eco mode appears on the app and problem solved. If not for the permanent 'on' issue, this boiler is simply outstanding.

Great boiler, but the instructions for use are really poor. Really difficult to just set the heating to come on quickly. It is not intuitive. Badly designed by someone who thinks everybody understands. Try and make it simpler please!!!!!!

We are delighted with our new Viessman boiler. It is very quiet, reliable and cost-effective. The service from the installation company was excellent. We are so pleased we changed our old boiler for a Viessman. Our app is operated through the installation company so any queries have been directed there.

It’s been disappointing. Have only a one bed flat but the water in the kitchen isn’t always hot and neither is it in the shower or hand basin in the bathroom. In addition, a pipe beneath the boiler has continued to leak ever since installation.

This company is a joke. All I want is a service, already booked in but cancelled as the engineer couldn't make it, no problem I thought. But its a serious problem. They ignore emails, promise to ring you back but don't bother, leave you on hold promising to be back, time after time, but you have to hang up after 15 minutes. Never ever again. I'll find someone who can offer a better service

The boiler installation went very smoothly. For the first few weeks of operation, the hot water supply was a little erratic, but is now very reliable. The heating has always worked very well. It is too early to say if gas bills have been significantly reduced, but they should be as this is a far more fuel efficient boiler than the one it replaced.

The boiler works reliably but I have not yet worked out if it is more efficient than my previous boiler - and that will be hard to get a true comparison. The team that fitted it did a good job and having an agreed price before ordering was a real plus point.
