Extremely efficient boiler

Thank you for the feedback Sorin, good to hear you are saving money with the efficiency of the new Viessmann boiler.
I did a lot of research into new gas boiler options and installed a Veissmann 25kW boiler with weather compensation. I think the product is superb and am very pleased with the way it modulates my CH temperatures. However, I feel the marketing of the product is abysmal; although probably typical of the industry. It is very hard to understand what is being offered. How to distinguish between proprietary and open standards (opentherm) and how to design the best system. Even to compare the two ranges (200 and 100) is difficult. The manuals are overcomplicated as they assume significant knowledge of the system functionality; there is no design guide aimed at the informed client to help explain the options that can be considered if a system boiler has multiple zones. I have selected HeatMiser controls as Veissmann did not seem to offer multi zone modulating solutions unless one installed Divicon which is hugely expensive. I never installed the WiFi interface as I could not work out how to get it working (and your installer suggested it was not worth having anyway). So I give you 5 stars for the product and what it can do but one star for the way you market the product - I am sure you should become the market leader if you could explain how your systems worked and why they differentiate against Greenstar and Vaillant. Also there is nothing for a migration path to your heatpump systems nor any guidance on how these might be integrated in the future. Your website is very difficult to use without prior knowledge of the product range. It could be hugely improved. I am not sure how to answer the questions below as my installer (who is excellent but still learning the Veissmann systems) supplied the unit and installed it for me. The installation started in June (the boiler installation took one week) and I am still waiting for the final controls to be installed; however this is not a problem for me as I am keen to get the details right.

Nice and quiet boiler, easy controle system economical with condensing operation. Very good installation. Just a pity gas is so expensive at the moment. But relieved I changed for my previous 40 year old boiler in summer.

The boiler works well and is very quiet. The only slight issue was getting the guarantee extension organised; that took several emails to get actioned. The installer is known to us from way back, and has made several enquiries in the few months since the installation as to how it's all working - excellent customer service.

I cannot get through on the phone or by email boiler less than 2 years old was shocked as not working when installed less than two years

Unfortunately after just a few months my new Viessmann combi boiler lost hot water, with the usual trepidation when phoning a company I was shocked when answered immediately by a super helpful person who booked an engineer who appeared as promised. Was given a time slot 3 days after reporting fault, in these dark customer service times it was a joy. Hats off to them.

Initial customer experience was abysmal, I had to hound the installer to contact the viesmann rep in order to get the boiler registered in the 30 day period to qualify for the 12 year guarantee

Currently I am very happy with the boiler, it's working fine and very quite. However it very short span survey only 6 months of installation of my boiler, I give you 5 star.

Very happy with the heating system fitted. Apart from the water being slightly too hot, I have no complaints. Good to be warm in this freezing weather!

Viessmann were recommended to me, which is a good start, but since installation completion in June 2022 we have experienced 3 issues with the boiler, installed in a letted residence, 2 of which have required an engineer to attend. It's only 6 months down the line, so it's a good job the warranty is for 10 years I guess.

Very pathetic customer service. Half the radiators in my house do not work since the upgrade. The installation company continues to avoid fixing the problem. I would definitely advise going for another brand to avoid the hassle.
