The Viessmann replaced a Worcester boiler, it's at least 20% more efficient and so quite it's hard to tell when it's on Would I recommend a Viessmann boiler 100% yes

There was a leak in the factory fitted section of the boiler. My installer needed to turn the washer around to make it water-tight. So much for factory QC. Not a good start to my Viessmann experience.

Our boiler is less than 3 years old and we have no hot water or heating. After 25 minutes I was told that we were a priority but we would get a text for an engineer to arrive in the next ‘few days’. My old Worcester broke after 14 years. I would never buy with this company again.

Boiler recently fitted. All seems fine, much more efficient than previous model. Proof of pudding will be in reliability and longevity.

Appalling customer service! Impossible to get through to Veissmann UK customer services on the phone to book an engineer to attend, filled in the call back form on the company website, still waiting 2 months later. Emailed to ask why we have been forgotten about and got a reply basically saying we are too busy, you'll just have to wait. When we did manage to speak to someone last year (Jan 2022), stroppy agent refused to book a service call and told us they would call back in "a few months". They never did. DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT WEEKS TO GET AN ENGINEER TO VISIT!!!

I am 81 years old and could not get to grips with your thermostat And the company that fitted it was totally useless and I ended up with gas bills of £483

I enquired about a new boiler one day, it was installed the next, then, nothing but problems. The hot water would get hot, then cooled to tepid. Not enough hot water to fill a bowl to do the washing up. A couple of visits from the company that installed it (Viessmann passed us to them to install it) left us with a boiler with no hot water at all. I spoke to Viessmann who booked one of their engineers to come out to fix the boiler, this took just over a week for the visit. How is it installed so quickly, but waiting over a week to get it fixed. The issue was a faulty pump and gauge, not good for a brand new boiler. Not good service from Viessmann

Hi I had a new boiler installed last year, after my plumber recommended viessmann. I would have liked to extend the warranty but I missed the 30 day deadline by one day and have tried to contact your customers services but had no reply I spoke to my plumber and he contracted the sales rep but still no contact I also filled in a form as the rep suggested and posted it but still no reply. I know it is my fault that I didn’t take out the warranty in the time allotted but surely one day shouldn’t make a difference if your company stands by the the quality and reliability of the products you sell. I would at least like a reply and explanation as to why an extended warranty cannot now be purchased. Regards Andrew Gray

Installed a new boiler in the house that I rent out, occupiers have had a good experience with their boiler. We also have a Viessmann in our main house, has been in for more than 3 years very impressed with ours. We chose a German boiler because we like German engineering

Thanks to the new Viessmann boiler fitted in our home last summer the cost of heating our home has not increased as drastically as it could have done with our old boiler. We remain comfortably warm thank you Viessmann.
