The combi boiler provided by Viessmann Limited is good but not as good as I was expecting

So far pleased with my boiler.

Very happy with the combi boiler which was fitted in the summer 2022, however it came with a software fault that was only evident when the cold weather came in. Peter Maxwell the software technician found the fault and had an engineer come out to fix. As this is a new boiler system working with an app,updates are essential, still work in progress with the app.

Mostly good but one cold morning the pressure dropped and the boiler stopped working. Couldn’t easily find instructions to increase pressure. Found a video on you tube. Did as the video demonstrated and my boiler was soon working again.

Takes a little longer to warm up compared to our previous boiler, but is very quiet and efficient. It is also a bonus to control a few features directly via the app

Thank you Ron, glad you are happy with the new Viessmann boiler and that you were happy with the installation.
The boiler works well and is very quiet. The only slight issue was getting the guarantee extension organised; that took several emails to get actioned. The installer is known to us from way back, and has made several enquiries in the few months since the installation as to how it's all working - excellent customer service.

Nice boiler,now very quiet just had to replace the old manual air vent with an auto bottle air vent on the discharge line on Central heating.

Hi l THINK that it's a little early to give an opinion on my new Boiler as it's only been about 5 TO 6 months that it was installed, and it's covered by you for 10years for reliability, so ask me again in 12months O.K. all the best K.Elson.

Had some confusion when the boiler was delivered that we had been supplied the wrong one, regarding the power output displayed on the manual and the boiler nameplate this could be made clearer by viessmann.
