Had a Viessmann Vitodens 050 fitted around 6 months ago. After some installation issues it's been running fine although a lot noisier than expected. Download the Vicare app to communicate with it but the WiFi connection with the boiler is useless so I gave up on it.

Very pleased with the boiler and installation. I think an initial boost option could be useful that might be attached to daily settings, to use or not as a morning warm up is slow. Otherwise I have only praise for the unit. Matt.

The Viesmann 111 storage combi is ideal for our large Edwardian 5 bedroom house and was very nicely installed by Kirkpatricks, Taunton. We are glad we chose the Hive smart controls rather than the Viesmann and the boiler has not yet been connected to the internet monitoring system. We are also a little concerned about the lack of approved installers and servicing contractors in Devon although the support from Kilpatricks has been great.

My new boiler is great now Thankyou but at first when the engineer from Heatable tried to switch it on it wouldn't work but when your engineer arrived at a later date he found it was an air-lock and then everything started to work after he had sorted it. It's been working fine since then.

When Ollie our fitter had a problem shortly after installing our boiler he contacted the Viessmann engineer who came that same day and sorted the problem. I believe his name was Ian and we found him to be extremely helpful and courteous and would definitely recommend

The men who installed my boiler caused a great deal of damage looking for pipes and left all the damage unrepaired when they left. The manager of the company promised to sort it out and then weeks later denied saying it. I have had to pay to have the hole in the wall and the damage caused in the bedroom, sorted out

Boiler installed in October just before the cold winter. Installers were efficient and tidy. With the increase in the cost of fuel we found our new boiler to be economical.

Takes a long while to heat up, so only 1 degree an hour in my house. But, quiet, reliable and good value.

Went with installer as per yourselves, when we had problems with boiler it was difficult to contact yourselves as phones very busy and told to call back later. After boiler had broken down on the second occasion we were notified of the incorrect condenser pipe . By your engineer. We then notified installer who came out after several days , but we are still waiting for the outside pipes to be insulated and had been collecting water in a bucket in airing cupboard until there was no risk of frost to prevent damage to boiler . Have rang installer on at least three occasions re insulation but still waiting.

I am pleased that it is efficient and therefore relatively environmentally friendly. A cover to hide pipework would have been helpful but I am still impressed by it. A relief to have a reliable boiler of quality.

Just bought 15Lit Water Heater, Looks better than the one i had before which leaked from the water tank.

For the first year after the installation the boiler was great, then the problems started. The boiler is very quiet, but we’ve had constant problems with the heating not coming on, or falling to get above 17c. The Viessmann approved installer has come out 7 times and hasn’t managed to fix it. Viessmann coming out this week to hopefully fix it.
