“The guys did not have a clue.. First, the boiler didn't work then they mucked up the electrics .. It took over 8 weeks to get the system up and running and still there is a red light on the boiler today ???? We were without heating in Winter for over 3 weeks”

“From first thing the installer was honest and explained how the warranty worked by adding a year by having it serviced yearly by a registered viessmann installer the actual boiler compared to my old vailiant was like comparing rolls Royce to a mini.”
