“The boiler itself is great, I just did not like the installation process, as a result my kitchen had been damaged and ended up with nasty looking pipes all over. In general corners had been cut and cratftsmanship had been poor. I would not choose them again. I was also convinced that instslling the pipes on the right instead of being hidden behind would look better. Not quite true.”

“Coming from my previous combi boiler with zero information aside from what I got from my separate Hive this is a great improvement. I am now able to track how the boiler is operating and gas consumption on a daily/monthly/annual basis. Maybe a compare with earlier month's consumption would be an improvement to keep track. Also not absolutely clear from the settings available if the boiler is operating at its maximum condensing efficiency. Something to automatically suggest what these are in settings would be for your boiler very helpful. You could then go for this or something less if wanted. However overall pleased with the app which I access nearly daily to see where I stand.”

“Very pleased we the installation and the boiler has been very efficient. Not good, however, that we have had to call engineers after the boiler failed with an unrecognised (in the manual) fault code. So far since that reset, it's been fine, but disappointing to have that problem after less than a year.”

“Have found to be quiet and efficient in short time I have had boiler. Only complaint is the time boiler takes to start heating the water as a lot of water goes needlessly down drain and being on a water metre it's costing me money.”

“The initial pre installation survey was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately the boiler fitter was distracted by personal problems which meant I had call in another of your heating engineer the next day to fit the circulation pump the correct way round. For the past 5 months the boiler has run efficiently @ 60 degrees Centigrade saving me money from the the recent hike in gas price. Thank you.”

“I have neither hot water nor heating this morning, with temperature barely above freezing. The controller is indicating that the boiler is on but nothing is happening. I have tried to contact the installer on four different numbers with no success. What should I do? Apart from having a different installer put in a different boiler? I am eighty three years old and am feeling very cold.”

“I like their product as works well. However their literature is unclear and even the independent Viessmann-accredited boiler company missold me. I was expecting OpenTherm and WiFi connectivity as sold. The OpenTherm would make my boiler more efficient so I am out of pocket compared to what I thought. However the boiler is compact and quiet. I think will give many years of service and saves around 20% vs my 25 year old non condensing Potterton it replaced. This is slightly less than my smart heating (Wiser) which was 1/5th of the cost.”

“I initially made contact with Viessmann to establish which boiler would be best for my circumstances and received excellent guidance plus a referral to the local Viessmann installer. Following an on-site assessment, the new Viessmann Vitodens 100-W system boiler 32kW was recommended followed by a quote for boiler and installation costs - which were very competitive. An installation date was agreed and the local installer arrived on time, was very efficient and installed the new Viessmann Vitodens 100-W system boiler 32kW with a 10 year warranty. No problems at all and a very effective boiler for running quite a large central heating system. Much more efficient than my previous boiler which was about 22 years old!”
