I can understand that the Xmas and New year's dates are near impossible but I was disappointed that my day's off at that time was spoiled by no heating or hot water, I don't usually complain but I really was disappointed by the service, I can understand that everyone wants to be with their families and I can understand that, the lady at Boiler Buddies was so lovely and understood my concerns, I am well over 70 years old and my son came to see me and searched on line and managed to get things going again, I was so grateful to him, Honestly I don't blame you guys, everyone needs a break at this time of the year but was just really inconvenient, sorry for being a pain!!!

Mostly good but one cold morning the pressure dropped and the boiler stopped working. Couldn’t easily find instructions to increase pressure. Found a video on you tube. Did as the video demonstrated and my boiler was soon working again.

The boiler is very noisy in operation and allowing for percentage increase in gas prices certainly no savings against the running cost of the previous, 20 year old, boiler Overall very disappointed

Hi If your Viessmann boiler has been sized and set up correctly for your property this should be reflected in your energy bills. Ensuring the right controls are fitted, weather compensation for example, will also ensure that your heating system works at maximum efficiency. Takes a little longer to warm up compared to our previous boiler, but is very quiet and efficient. It is also a bonus to control a few features directly via the app

Very happy with new boiler. Good to have a remote control to turn heat up or down easily. Our old combi boiler took ages to deliver hot water from the taps but the new one is almost instant. So pleased to have it installed ready for winter .

Approved installer abysmal… HUG. 3 engineer call outs. Replacement fan. HUG have instructed Viessmann to direct all HUG customers to HUG first… what a pain. High quality engineers but a week lag between fault and call. Boiler seems excellent… anymore issues though it will be out.

I did a lot of research into new gas boiler options and installed a Veissmann 25kW boiler with weather compensation. I think the product is superb and am very pleased with the way it modulates my CH temperatures. However, I feel the marketing of the product is abysmal; although probably typical of the industry. It is very hard to understand what is being offered. How to distinguish between proprietary and open standards (opentherm) and how to design the best system. Even to compare the two ranges (200 and 100) is difficult. The manuals are overcomplicated as they assume significant knowledge of the system functionality; there is no design guide aimed at the informed client to help explain the options that can be considered if a system boiler has multiple zones. I have selected HeatMiser controls as Veissmann did not seem to offer multi zone modulating solutions unless one installed Divicon which is hugely expensive. I never installed the WiFi interface as I could not work out how to get it working (and your installer suggested it was not worth having anyway). So I give you 5 stars for the product and what it can do but one star for the way you market the product - I am sure you should become the market leader if you could explain how your systems worked and why they differentiate against Greenstar and Vaillant. Also there is nothing for a migration path to your heatpump systems nor any guidance on how these might be integrated in the future. Your website is very difficult to use without prior knowledge of the product range. It could be hugely improved. I am not sure how to answer the questions below as my installer (who is excellent but still learning the Veissmann systems) supplied the unit and installed it for me. The installation started in June (the boiler installation took one week) and I am still waiting for the final controls to be installed; however this is not a problem for me as I am keen to get the details right.
