“The boiler works well with no issues after a full 7 months. The controls are easy but I cannot have just my Bathroom/ensuite heating running by itself like my previous 40 year old boiler system did.... The much smaller size is good as it has freed up room in my kitchen. I have not as yet notice a great reduction in my gas usage surprisingly.”

“I have been a loyal install of Viessmann products now for over 10 years but the last couple of years have been awful, Used to be that you would call in a warranty call and it was usualy like next day, but now wo knows a week., longer, let alone if you can actually get through to them on the phone, I would be very surprised if a lot of installers are not looking else where not”

“Boiler replaced an old Worcester. It’s so much smaller and very efficient. Water heats up quickly and savings are noticeable over winter. Installation was seamless, so very pleased with my purchase.”

“Rang about a service in Feb because normal engineer who installed the boiler was extremely busy. I was given a quote and told I had to wait a short while. When you did get back to me I was told the price had increased. What's the point of having a quote if you just change it. I was told I could get someone else. Fortunately my heating engineer was avaulable so got them to do it.”
