Not had our unit for long but,so far so good! Very impressed by how quickly it heats our radiators up and,the hot water is HOT !

We have been left with no heating or hotwater for 40days in winter now. The issue is Viessmann customer services do not pass information on to their service engineers, who despite their best efforts on the day, arrive uninformed about the situation and ill equipped to solve problems with their boilers. We have had 3 visits now, and the engineers were not aware that other engineers had already come and looked at our boiler. The messages sent to customer services when booking a visit were also not passed on. I am afraid this has middle management incompetence written all over it, and i feel sorry for the engineers in giving this negative review, as they have been very professional as individuals. Let down by their organisation.

Our new boiler was faulty and the first 2 guys who came out. Did not diagnose or fix the fault, didn’t know the app or the appliance. The app is not intuitive, Wi-Fi conextion to thermostat is poor had to move it from optimum position to receive signal.

Ok, boiler certainly gives out more heat than our 30 year old Potterton boiler did! We would love to know where online we can read how to turn the boiler on manually, we had no heating when you did the updates. Our timer is still on summer time, we would like to know how to change it.

I had a Viessmann boiler fitted in my home in 2011 and it served me extremely well with no problems or issues at all. When I moved home in 2021 I had the boiler serviced and was told it was as good as new! In my new home, an old boiler failed within the first 6 months of moving, without hesitation I chose Viessmann again and had a new boiler fitted in May 2022. While only a short time has passed I feel secure and confident that this will give me a long and excellent service just like my previous Viessmann boiler had done.

Nice boiler,now very quiet just had to replace the old manual air vent with an auto bottle air vent on the discharge line on Central heating.

6 days waiting for an engineer to come and fix my hot water is totally unacceptable. I decided to purchase a Viessmann boiler (only 6 months ago) as I was attracted to the 10 year warranty giving me piece of mind. Before opting for Viessmann I phoned to ask about the warranty and they said that in the event of a breakdown they would normally get an engineer out to me within 24 hours, which seemed reasonable. I am a wheelchair user paralysed from the shoulders down and rely on the water being hot. I am not able to control my body temperature and I am extremely concerned now if my heating breaks down and I am left for several days without it being fixed. I would not recommend Viessmann for the boiler breaking down after less than 6 months and then their after service.

I love Viessmann boilers. Genuinely think they’re the best way on the market….but I think 2 things need to improve. Online portals etc need simplifying. Quick repair times. 👍🏻

Slow, weak and a damn struggle to get good water supply,takes a least fracking 5 minute to get decent warm and hot water. The hotter the temperature, the lower the water pressure. It's like BEGGING FOR WARM WATER. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Warranty means nothing, having to wait nearly 2 weeks to have a boiler fixed that is only 3 years old but has a 10 yr warranty is unacceptable

I have had an issue with the boiler from day one. It makes a loud clicking noise at random times throughout the day and night. It has been loud enough to wake me up (and I sleep in the room above it’s location). A Viessmann engineer has attended three times in the last nine months and failed to diagnose the fault, it has still not been fixed. I sent an email to Viessmann two weeks ago to ask for the engineer to re-attend and fit the parts he ordered a month ago, but they have failed to reply to me. I’m at the point of rejecting the boiler due to the unsatisfactory loud clicking noise it makes. I will buy Worcester Bosch next time as I’ve never had any issue with their boilers.

I was looking to replace my very reliable, but over-40-year-old Gloworm heat-only boiler. I wanted a boiler that had a stainless steel heat exchanger, as I believe that is the best variant available. I looked at Worcester Bosch but rejected that along with many others. The only one that suited my requirements was the Viessmann 100-w B1GA heat-only boiler with a condensate pump, as my boiler is on an inside wall. The installation was difficult to start with, as the microchip shortage delayed the supply, but one was found a hundred miles away or so and was brought here by the fitters Snug Energy Doncaster. The installation was carried out in one day successfully with little disruption. As of today about 6 months since installation, the system is working just as it used to do with my original boiler. The Viessmann is just as quiet and efficiency should be improved. There are 3 other Viessmann boilers in the family, and all seem to have been reliable for their owners. Recommended is all I can say.
