“The company that installed the boiler were very efficient, came when they said they would and also responded to promptly to one snagging item. I was happy to tske a maintenance contract with them The boiler performs very well. All round I am very happy.”

“So far this boiler is not living up to expectations, despite 2 'tweakings' after installation - we are about to contact the installers to come out again. We had much better outcomes from our 8 year old Baxi boiler and regret replacing it.”

“Early days ,only had the boiler 7 months but so very good. Its very quiet and heats the radiators quickly.We have a problem with domestic water heating but this is a local wiring issue but very pleased with the boiler.”

“I purchased a viessmann boiler in April 2022 It’s been amazing easily installed by the engineer simple to understand how it works my house is so much warmer and I’m not using as much gas cannot rate this boiler enough it’s wonderful”

“We had 2 boilers fitted and they are good but still waiting for the job to be finished When it is finished I will be able to understand what needs to be done,I don't want to point a finger in the wrong direction, how Can I contact you when it is finished. Regards Eric ( they were installed in April )”

“New Viessmann boiler installed 6 Months ago in April working flawlessly so far very quiet still got the winter months to come yet but have notice one thing about this new boiler my gas direct debit payments have gone down while everybody I know have said there gas bills have gone up looking forward to see what happens during the winter months”

“Boiler delivered missing parts and added a day to disruption. After commission two separate leaks discovered. Faulty condenser pipe manufacture. Flue was not correctly sealed. Customer services blamed everyone one else and refused any compensation. Shoddy, dismissive and did not care about the customer one iota despite £5000+ price. Has worked well thus far with heating test to come this winter.”
