“Jonathan and Oliver were fast responding and very patient with newbie and do-it-yourselfer me. I found their many templates to be a very good starting point to educate me and accelerate my learning curve on the use of their product. I can't comment on how their product compares to other products because I'm not a digital artist or illustrator but as a newbie their product worked for me.”

“I had a bad experience with VideoScribe. At times the program gets stuck and when you exceed a number of minutes editing, the program does not respond or responds more and more slowly. So I rated this internally but would like to do it here as well. A pity because I will no longer be able to make videos from the program. I wanted to renew my subscription and I found myself with 168 dollars per year when a year ago, the program cost less than half of that. This price increase cannot be justified and it doesn't make sense because you didn't fix big performance BUGS and what you added as new features were fonts or things that I don't even use. I think you have no idea about Design Thinking, you don't think about the client or how the client thinks. Goodbye Sparkol.”

“I purchased a Videoscribe subscription on Tuesday at a back-to-school sale price which made it very affordable. I was determined to learn the software within a week and with the help of Videoscribe’s fantastic customer service team, I had it pretty well mastered in just four days. “(1) Product This product is really easy to use and I have been using it since three years. Initially there wasn't a lot of pictures to choose from but i can see great improvements that they have added a lot of cartoons. One thing that impresses me a lot is that this team is continuously upgrading their products to make it much more friendlier and with more pictures available. Great team! great products. (2) Services Whenever I had a suggestion, they will respond to me the next day and I am glad that they really take into the consideration customer's suggestions. Mine may not be the best or may not be suitable for all, but at least, I got reply that indicated my response is taken into account. That will encourage me more to provide more feedbacks. (3) Offer face to face with product manager I was offered to talk directly with product manager and this shows that this company is willing to listen to users. Overall, after being with Videoscribe for three years, I was touched by the progress of improvements they have. They keep updating to make it more useful and helpful. And more importantly, they listen and attend to every feedback from user. Well done! Videoscribe.”
