“Really enjoy using Videoscribe, such a great tool and I keep introducing it into every organisation I work for (and often with)! It would be great if we could have more in the way of animations - I've been playing with the morph and moving in and out functions for a while and they feel pretty basic now. “After spending considerable time with this - for a week - I think it greatly needs more drawings. (I'm sure you hear this constantly, haha). But I think there are many tremendous things you have done - the drawings you do have are wonderful! Again, I was disappointed in the drawings to choose from. When I went to the website that was given to purchase more drawings, I personally felt like I was being taken advantage of. It was something like 25 drawings for 40 dollars or something like that. I don't remember, but I do remember how I felt, which was "do they actually think we're going to pay that much money?" I would actually pay for more drawings - but what they asked felt, to me, outrageous to the point of laughter. Sorry I'm being exactly honest, here. Haha. Also, I was disappointed there was no way to put on more than one soundtrack. Because of this, I had to spend an extra - no kidding, at least - 3 hours playing with Final Cut Pro X, and transferring the files. I had to transfer to my PC and then to my Mac because the Mac wouldn't take the files, and I don't know why - but my Mac is a new Mac - but the bottom line was that this was upsetting that it took me so long. With this said, let's talk final product - I feel like I made a great opening piece and VideoScribe told my story "relatively" well. There were not enough "dark" images of "reality", haha. So as an example I'm telling a story of a little African American who is upset. Because of lack of images, I had to settle for the adult woman, who was smiling. Haha. You know what I mean? Yes I could draw my own image or go online and go through creative commons, but then that means I don't get "paid" for my video, which is part of the reason I do this. Anyway, I want you guys to know you have created a revolutionary AMAZING product. I'm just telling you where I think it needs to be improved. This is why I gave it 3 stars - just because I see where it can be. And I hope you approach this with the same dissatisfaction so you can take it to the next level, where it deserves to be. Thank you.”

“Hello, First thank you for the program it's great. It does, however, have some efficiency issues. While looking for a photo to choose from in the given SVG's going through the pages may be easier if there was a dedicated button to go either left or right. Having to click each circle to go to a different page is a little distracting. Also while looking at the photos when I want to be out the category it would be nicer to be able to leave from any page not just the first. Other than that everything is great and works amazing! -Marco”

“Hi there, my feedback is that I think VS is kool but it would be great to allow some transition affects for SVG images. ie allow them to grow our rollout something that doesn't require the image to be built in the usual way but still incorporates some annimation rather than just appear. Cheers”

“I really love the whiteboard style animation...it kept my audience eyes on the screen throughout. I do not particularly like the mobile version on ios n android... i have to host at a "credit" site n not able to render to a video so that i can immediately upload to my clients or students. If it can have an online version as well...it would be great. Th rendering takes rather long on my laptop too...can that be avcelerated?”

“Funciona fatal, llevo 2 días y he intentado mas de 20 veces hacer el render de un vídeo de apenas 5 minutos, estoy muy decepcionada. Han mejorado la calidad de edición peero si luego es casi imposible exportar no me sirve... Es una pena muy bonita idea pero a la hora de la verdad tengo que recurrir a otras herramientas.”

“*Overall, a good tool :) Strengths: - Simple to use - Can import own images - Lots of background music available Weaknesses: - Low hardware utilization: It is slow and laggy even on high end PCs. - The existing image library is very limited - What I usually use from are mostly arrows and text. The rest, I have to source my own images from Google and import - 99%. - To add on to above point, the sale of other user-upload images is at cut throat price. Thank you. Tri :)”

“Honestly, until now I could not do anything with the Videoscribe. I edit with Final Cut for over ten years, but I could not understand how to do things in Videoscribe. I'll keep trying because I acquired the license for a week. I will re-read PDFs, study, I'll try ... sorry.”

“I have been very pleased with VideoScribe. It's performance is great, and the user interface is very friendly. I highly recommend viewing the tutorial videos by Jonny and Joe to become fully efficient with the software. My only reason for not giving a full "Very Good" rating is the software lacks the ability to add multiple voiceover audio tracks. The solution is to combine all the voiceovers and "coordinate" with the video. This is very "clunky" to say the least. Individual sound files should be applied to a timeline for critical placement. I have to rely on other software to perform this function, which is not very efficient. Otherwise, great product, great libraries, and I look forward to future enhancements.”

“Its a great tool, it really is. However it's still missing a few features and some fine tuning to the software itself for videoscribe to become the best white board animation tool out there. - I am not able to take a snapshop of the screen, only a snapshot of the whole canvas and that makes it really hard share only parts of my canvas with my team. - The software still has some bugs with saving the work. I've lost part of my work a few times because videoscribe simply would not save the work and some images kept simply disappearing from the canvas. That was a little annoying. - it was quite upsetting when I realized that not all the images were free once I paid 120 dollars for the software. I didn't care about the videoscribe logo showing on the screen, I only paid for the tool to get all the images, which I didn't get. - I also miss a feature to be able to delete several images/text at once and not have delete one by one. Overall, this is a great tool, I love how intuitive it is. Great work!”

“For us, this is great. We love to draw out ideas for clients so the look and feel echoes our own approach. It is easy to use, and after a bit of playing around, you get the feel for it - creating top quality videos in hours. It is disappointing that many images are an additional cost. They're the best ones (obviously), and that's a shame. For the cost, I'd be happy to recommend to others.”
