product supplied are ok , but fittings dont work in the well on intsallation . contacted the help as we have a problem with the shower base , still no call or email back from victorian plumbing i was infromed by you help chat that i would be contacted back with 24 hrs , still waiting , no bathroom now for 10 day very poor customer service after spending £600 with you . would not recommed your service to any one .

My order hasn’t arrived yet after 2 weeks sitting in a warehouse and isn’t due till the 2nd Jan after it stated the delivery should of been a few days also I’ve been told part of my order isn’t available. This is very frustrating as I’ve had to put the plumber on hold till it arrives

Took nearly two weeks for a tile sample and it was half a small tile so couldn’t really appreciate how it looked, and I also paid for the postage by the time the sample arrived customer had changed order to another supplier

The intial response was fine but since being advised of the despatch date there has been no contact from the Help Centre despite having emailed twice for a delivery date. This resulted in a long delay for the installer and only when the installer contacted you did the matter get resolved. The carriage charge refund has been offered in the form of a credit but this is only a compromise for no support being given by your Help Centre. Most disappointing as we now have to wait another fortnight for the installer due to planned holidays.

Disappointed! Ordered 5 panels for the walls for my bathroom, all arrived damaged despite the a packaging being intact. Contacted them but it’s been several days and no reply. I had to use the panels (cutting away the damage) otherwise my plumber couldn’t continue, it meant the area was far less than I needed and I’ve had to change the finish of the room.

Ordered expecting a 2-7 day delivery, plumber booked for the 7th day. Delivery company invited us to book out delivery slot which would have been 2 weeks after placing the order. Theres NO telephone number for Victorian Plumbing ANYWHERE! For this reason, we won't be using them again. Luckily the delivery company did have a phone number and were brilliant, allowed us to drive and collect in person.

The bathroom products we've chosen seem fine.. we're both happy with the quality.. not fitted yet but soon. Unfortunately our experience has been ruined by a shocking delivery service.... Our items were delivered 4 hours ahead of schedule, dumped in the drive in the rain.. luckily a neighbour phoned me at work and I was able to get home and get them indoors.... one of the boxes was soaked.....not happy....

Product was good and aftersales also good when I had a query, unfortunately after checking the price after fitting the tap I found I could have got the product substantially cheaper , saving would have been approx £60 . so was disappointed by this. So worth shopping around /do your homework before buying from these and save yourself some money

Send back in exact condition I received it in with original packaging . Refund refused due to damage, it was probably damaged when they sent it to me , very disappointed in service

Initial ordering process is nice and easy, pick of delivery days. Since products have been received communication has been appalling, have had a couple of issues with quality and damaged products but there is barely a reply. States takes up to 48 hours for a reply which I think is unacceptable for a start and even when there has been communication, there has been nothing afterwards which, considering this an open complaint, is shocking. There is no phone number to call and speak to anybody unless you are a trade customer, which I am not, so am waiting for a reply to an open issue.

This is the EasyJet equivalent of bathroom suits and plumbing. Great headline price to reel you in but then literally everything is an add on and god forbid you don't read the small print in detail as I did and end up buying a bathroom suit where the toilet isn't included although It's shown in the picture of the suit your buying! Borderline dodgy sales practices in my opinion, poor quality products (certainly at the lower end of the price scale) and impossible to speak to anyone other than via chatbot when you have a problem. And you need to be a genius to be able to put together any of the units and then send you as the instruction often don't match the actual product they are sent with and come with some sort of generic detail like 'how to build a bathroom cabinet'! The entire process was just "£$1 from start finish and I would never purchase a bathroom suit in this way or from this company again

Item sent not as photo, was told it was my responsibility/ cost to return item....being in retail for over 40 years, I think not as it was false advertising. Spot difference in 2 pics

Took a long time to be delivered, when I placed the order it said it would be delivered on Friday however the company who was doing the actual delivery didn’t receive the order on Friday and was delivered the following Tuesday! Sink I received is not the sink as advertised!!!

I have bought a bathroom basin and pedestal for which I paid the delivery fee. Very shortly afterwards I ordered a bath which was over £500 for which I didnt have to pay delivery. Both iitems were delivered on the same day by the same courier, its a shame that the deliveries werent combined so I coud have saved the delivery fee. When the courier rang with a delivery time, I told him that there wasnt access to the house for a large lorry. We agreed that the lorry would therefore deliver the items to a field entrance opposite the house, where, using the lorry taillift, the items would be left for collection. I arranged for others to help with getting the items to the house, as I am recovering from an operation and unable to lift anything. Delivery was arranged for Friday morning. Friday morning the courier rang to say items would be delivered by van direct to the house on friday afternoon. It arrived with 2 pallets on it and no taillift and a driver with a dickey shoulder who was not supposed to lift more than 15kg. The pallets had to be unwrapped in the van and individual parts taken out, both of us exceeding our respective lifting limits. MY wife had to be brought in to assist with the bath as it couldnt be removed from the pallet. Fortunately it wasn't raining. I think you should give more thought to the couriers you are using and include on your ordering form, the ability to specify how the delivery must be made.
