I ordered several items, including a ceramic bathroom sink. When it arrived, the sink had a deep scratch across the front of it. I contacted Victorian Plumbing, who couldn't really be bothered about sorting it and when I asked why wasn't it checked before it was boxed, they said it was and blamed the courier. This was a blatant lie, as the box it came in, had no damage on it at all. They said they would get a replacement sent by next day delivery, which was again a lie, as they meant the next day, after they could be bothered to send it. My advice, spend your money elsewhere.

Delayed delivery, poor after sales, try Bathroom Mountain instead Delivery delayed twice - workmen being paid on site with nothing to do.... Poor after sales service, long delays, robotic like response, not able to speak to anyone, quick enough to take your money but extremely slow in issuing any refunds. Also dealt with Bathroom Mountain at the same time, far, far better service, look at them instead.

I bought a towel rail from Victorian Plumbing. When I received it, the towel rail was damaged and it wasn't right for me so I returned it and put on the returns note that it was damaged. I have just found an email from Victorian Plumbing in my junk folder advising me that they received the towel rail back damaged and will not refund me. They included photos of the item and in one of the photos is the return note I sent them so they can't say they weren't told it was damaged. I will NOT be using them again. They should take photos of the items they send before they send them rather than when they are returned. Very UNFAIR.

Great service initially when I ordered my new sink. Easy to order and great website. Speedy delivery but on arrival the problems started. Partially opened the box to find that the front of the sink was damaged with the majority of the front of the sink in pieces. The box was marked as fragile but there was not enough packing/protection on the sink to avoid any damage. The shipper called to say that their system was automated so if there was not adequate packing items would be damaged. Contacted Victoria plumbing on 02-12-24 and when they asked I said I would like a replacement sink. It is the 10-12-24 now and I have still not got a response or replacement to my request. Very poor customer service.

Hi guys not very good experience for the 1st shop purchased a one of the most expensive shower products turned out to be faulty have been going back & forwards with emails & phone Calle was told there will resolution to this by the weekend but still not heard anything communication is very poor and can stessful experience .

Really bad experience with this company. I have ordered a kitchen mixer tap and arrived in a open box clearly has been sent to previous customers. The quality of the tap was poor and doesn’t look reliable with plastic pull out shower head. I have returned straight away and still waiting for response from them. Still no information about the refund

Avoid, avoid avoid. I wish I had googles Reviews of Victorian Plumbing before I placed a nearly £2k order over a week ago. Friday 18th Oct to be exact. It is now Tuesday 29th Oct and I have zero idea when the things I have paid for, given them my hard earned cash for - are being delivered. There website tracker kept telling me my things were being delivered on Monday 28th Oct. Until the 28th Oct. Now it just says to be determined!! Sent two emails..then got a - sorry we have NOT replied to this..it is not up to our usual standard email. What is the point of that? Then some genius sent me an email saying I would get delivery 3 - 10 days after ordering...that was sent 8 days after I ordered!! Now the Bot lady tells me they basically do not know. Once you order be aware there is NO TELEPHONE NOS!!! So you can live chat. Which is useless. I am beginning to think I may have been scammed. It seems very odd that any reputable company would have zero idea when your goods are being delivered? None.

So far I have had appauling service. Over 10 days since Ive had a response. Almost 4 weeks since my order. Over 2 weeks since my initial delivery date. Still nothing. So I went on the live chat. The assistant was helpful but it remains to be seen whether my order will be sorted. The worst thing was the communication. In the 10 days I have waited for a response I have received 5 emails trying to sell me something and 1 for this review. Incredibly frustrating, stressful and insulting.

DISASTAREZZO BEWARE THIS RANGE I bought a vanity unit with sink and toilet It was an own brand called Arezzo with brass fittings I bought all the extras about £1000 all in It looks ok but was very hard to fit It took a plumber with 30 years experience the whole day The very first flush the flush plate got stuck It pressed in but didn’t come out again and kept flushing non stop I wrote to Victoria plumbing who changed the part and the same thing happened again It is just a poorly designed part In the end after £300.00 of plumbers bills and 20 emails I got them to exchange it for a part from a different manufacturer The same price. On the website but they charged me an extra £30.00 for it because it wasn’t in the package Really is that on I would never deal with this company again Really unhelpful and poor quality design

Order was placed on 18th Sep and the suggested estimated delivery was 20th Sep. I first followed up (on chat as there is no way to connect over a call) when no communication was made re the order until 21st. I was told it will be imminently dispatched. Then again on 23rd…same response. On my third attempt to follow up that day, I was told a small pipe (worth £13) is holding up a £1000+ order because it’s not in stock. I asked to remove and dispatch paying extra for next day delivery as the order was needed urgently. Nothing happened again until Tuesday, 24th when I was finally sent an invoice to pay for the expedited delivery. We are now on 26th and NOTHING has been dispatched although every time I contact (which is now about 7-8 times) I am told it is being prioritised and will be send out shortly. They refunded the delivery charge but my money is still stuck and I am having to deal with the high cost of delays to my project additionally with absolutely no trustworthy response or escalation route to get a resolution. It’s like dealing with a black hole. Appalling standard of service and lack of transparency.

Website says 'in stock' - however after paying for your order, an email arrives saying they dont have all the items and gives a date 1 month in the future ( sometimes this date gets put back ) Then you are offered 'alternatives' which in my case, I found £125 cheaper on Screwfix, they refuse to price match, I asked for a refund they said, sure - but it will take up to 10 days. Happened twice so far this year on my 'Trade' account. Screwfix deliverd next day, much cheaper. Complianed to customer services and was told they were 'sorry' The end.

Totally untrustworthy retailer. We've been lied to on 3 different occasions about getting tracking details and a delivery date. 3 different service agents confirmed without a date a delivery date, only for it be cancelled and then updated with "we can't guarantee a delivery date". They clearly have more customer service agents then they have warehouse operators. You can easily talk to someone and get an apology, but that's the extent of their service. Superficial without any action. Awful. Avoid at all costs

So I bought multiple Hudson and reed shower mixers. Installed them all and one had a slight leak! Tightened it up as much as I could but still weeping unfortunately. Know contact number, have to open a chat, send emails, wait for reply, ask to send videos. All one major long headache. Better off going to a local plumbing center. Could have just popped in and exchanged. Not it’s holding up a job! And still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding the video I sent in.
