“Ordered toilet seat, multiple options, colours, sizes inside/outside, shapes, top/bottom fittings, soft/normal close/with & without lock nuts etc. Did my best & still didn't fit😭had to send it back, cost £9. All I wanted was a white easy fit toilet seat. Market gone mad!”

“I ordered a Kitchen tap that was delivered with the fitting kit missing. I emailed you straight away on your web site link and got a blanket reply stating your were busy and I will have to Waite. The Tap in sitting in the garage unusable whilst our original tap continues to onto the sink top.”
