“i ordered a bathroom suite which was easy, the lady that called was pleasant and helpful and arranged delivery that suited me, the gentleman that delivered the suite was also pleasant and polite and on time but what was not good is that it was a kerb side delivery which was not mentioned at any time. I am a 57 year old woman who lives alone and has just moved into a new property on the first floor of flats. This should have been made known at the point of ordering or when the young lady called me to arrange delivery so i could organise help to transport some very heavy bathroom items”

“Very good delivery and its screwed to the wall making the soap dish firmly fixed to the shower tiles. Drainage hole is perfect for drying the soap. Very happy with purchase.”

“Gear turned up on 2 pallets stitched together. Dropped at the kerbside, the pallets together weighed so much it's was very difficult to move after unloaded, also was an awkward, uneven shape, no consideration to manual handling risks to the customer. 2 separate pallets would have been a much better idea. One of my boxes looked like it had already been opened and rifled through, there was even an empty box inside of it, can't wait to find out if something is missing! Expected more, very poor.”

“We love the vanity bathroom suite, however, 3 parts are damaged. They were delivered to us over a week ago now and we’re still waiting for someone to contact us to resolve the issue, despite chasing this up several times. Very disappointed.”
