“We love the vanity bathroom suite, however, 3 parts are damaged. They were delivered to us over a week ago now and we’re still waiting for someone to contact us to resolve the issue, despite chasing this up several times. Very disappointed.”

“I am struggling to get an answer for my missing sink this has been going on since last Saturday 10th April and when trying to call I don’t have a trade account so can’t get an answer from anyone I have spent a lot of money with you over these past 2 months and not to have any one sort out my issue is disgusting”

“Your delivery team are extremely rude and unprofessional when something is supposed to turn up in 2-10 working days and it turns up a week late.. after paying £25 for it was disappointing to say the least. It turned up on 2 enormous pallets and the driver offered to take them away if we paid him personally.... We were warned about using Victoria plum but it was the only place we could find a suitable shower door with the adjustment needed. Would never use again.”
