“Service was excellent, the shower mixer sent through however had water in it, whether it was a unit that had been returned or just from testing as part of manufacturing - not sure. Will give VP benefit of the doubt as the product is fitted and working well.”

“I used the website to order two LED bathroom cabinets. There were no issues. The website was easily navigable with good descriptions of the product. Free delivery was confirmed and estimated delivery date 5 days ahead was provided. And this is where the company fell down. Their estimated delivery date was when the goods were made available to the courier/delivery company. It was another 5 days before actual delivery took place. Fortunately the 10 days to deliver was not an issue (although inordinately long by any standard for a major supplier). Had it been a problem the rating would have been reduced by one star. My 5 star rating is for the quality of the goods and the ease of the website. The company needs to seriously review their delivery process to ensure consistent 5 star ratings.”

“Happy with product and price (not used yet as waiting to be installed) however the packaging for one bath screen was over the top, 2 LARGE pallets stuck together not to mentioned being left on the road by delivery driver - in London!! Now I have the problem and expence of disposing of the two large pallets not to mention breaking them down....”

“Soap dispensers falsely described as chrome turned out to be silver plastic. These had to be returned at my own cost and then when refunded the shipping of £6.95 was not reimbursed. There can be no justification for withholding shipping charges when the error so clearly lies with the retailer. The reimbursement should have been in full with an apology for wasting the costumers time and money.”
