“I have submitted a complaint via Resolver as VP are refusing to refund the cost of my returns postage even though I purchased based on their advice which happened to be incorrect. Shocking service and aftercare to this point in time.”

“I ordered a Crosswater click clack waste. The click clack waste that came was a cheap imitation and definitely not the Crosswater one I’d ordered. However, my plumber fitted the waste but reused the Crosswater plug I already had, so the situation was salvaged. Shouldn’t have happened though. Paid £96 for a cheap, shoddy imitation.”

“Terrible service. Vastly overpriced. I could have bought the identical toilet seat from Plumbworld for less then half the price...! When I queried their prices I was told that they do not price match. This firm is very difficult to contact. No phone number and customer services are extremely poor. Check prices elsewhere before buying from this outfit.”

“They are only interested in selling. Non existent customer service. Need to return towel rail they will not arrange carrier and no carrier will accept parcel of those dimensions, unable to talk to them. Live chat will ( perhaps) be answered in 72 hours., suggest finding another provider. I will never use them or recommend them”

“Only one of two products have arrived. I then get an email asking me to rate the service. In the email it said, "if not completely satisfied please ring this number". I rang the number to then hear a message "We no longer use this number". Very happy with the one product but PLEASE SEND ME THE OTHER”

“Very dissatisfied, still awaiting instructions on how to fit the toilet seat we purchased. After 3/4 times trying to contact, still no joy, instructions not in with the item, you even are still saying call number if not satisfied, you now say you are not using these phone numbers, why give them. “Great looking products but the company is a nightmare to get hold of if there’s a problem. Impossible to speak to anyone. I sent over 20 emails without any meaningful response at all. Hopeless and very stressful!”

“I ordered a ceramic toothbrush holder, it arrived wrapped in a flimsy piece of bubble wrap. After a very slow response from VP customer service they eventually sent a replacement which arrived today, wrapped in flimsy bubble wrap again and in pieces. I told DPD to take it away with them and return it to VP. VP provide sub standard customer service, they have cut their telephone support and you can only contact them via email. They then continually ask for photos even though they have been sent to them and are very slow to respond.”

“Item still has not been delivered after 3 weeks! The helpline telephone number does not accept calls.! The live chat isn't available. ! The email service replies with a standard message saying how to track a parcel and Then closes the enquiry! The track service doesn't work!”

“The bath was not wrapped or on a pallette as stated when ordering. The driver did not call me to schedule a delivery time and threatened to leave bath outside the building to my flat causing me extreme stress to drive home from work within 20 mins as he gave me a maximum time limit. Could not contact anyone at victorian plumbing which I found completely ridiculous. I suggest you at least provide a contact number for issues like this. Luckily there were no scatches on item.”
