“Good service, arrived ahead of time and in good condition”

“Very poor service. We ordered £700 of bathroom items and the pallet was delivered with the shower pane smashed, a box full of small pieces of glass and every box for the order damaged. We emailed with photographs, had one reply asking for our order number, which we sent straight away and then heard nothing more. 4 days later I called, received apologies and a promise to fast track collection of the damaged items (the next morning) and an urgent order to replace. That was 5 days ago. We've heard nothing, the pallet is still blocking our drive and we've had no communication since, despite an email. We've had to send our plumber away and I have no idea when he will return.”

“Our radiator arrived quickly, kept informed by the couriers who needed to change their chosen day as we weren't available, but no problem, and it was very securely packaged. Not fixed it yet, so reserve judgement on that, but the valves are very stylish and suggest a quality product.”
