“Price, Product and Delivery perfect. Radiators immaculate. Delivery driver extremely polite and well organised with an electric pallet truck making moving the pallet simple.”

“Just wanted a quick replacement for a leaking mixer while I save up for a refurb, this is perfect. It’s fixed the slow filling problem (as the last one was leaking).Really quick dispatch, good quality product, easy to install, my family hasn’t heard of this brand but I’d recommend it”

“The carrier I ordered for bathroom toiletries is strong,well-designed,and has the advantage of being able to stick to surfaces without screws.As it is transparent, it goes with any decor. “Horrendous! Sent a replacement with exactly the same fault... Have had to call out plumber 3 additional times costing me a fortune which would have been unnecessary had the item been qc checked in the first place!!!!! STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!! AND ISNT IT FUNNY HOW PHOTOS WONT UPLOAD!!!!”

“Items paid for not received in delivery but not picked up until after 72h due to being away, yet Victoria Plumbing would ot refund nor send the items out- I had to pay for them a second time. I won't be using victoria plumbing for any future projects”

“Ordered expecting a 2-7 day delivery, plumber booked for the 7th day. Delivery company invited us to book out delivery slot which would have been 2 weeks after placing the order. Theres NO telephone number for Victorian Plumbing ANYWHERE! For this reason, we won't be using them again. Luckily the delivery company did have a phone number and were brilliant, allowed us to drive and collect in person.”

“Ordered sample tiles for the bathroom and compared then with other stores. Other online stores had free samples, but on Victoria plumbing you had to pay for them. Quite mediocre compared to other tile stores. There isn't anything better about the quality or design so will buy titles elsewhere”
