“I am so happy with my purchase of a bath from Victorian plumbing. Ordering was a brease, the delivery details where communicated well, via email and txt. The delivery driver was very helpful with getting the bath in my house and even took the pallet away so i didnt have to dispose of this. Will be using victorian plumbing in the future and will certainly be recommending them to anyone i know. Thankyou for such a straight forward easy order and delivery!”

“I didn’t find shopping with these very easy there delivery was good but trying to get a phone number for them is impossible to descuss returns and then you have to pay a lot to get them returns done , I’ve now managed this but the refund is wrong and again you can’t ring them you have to go on chat that takes ages”

“Really pleased with our bathroom from Victorian Plumbing. We designed and built it ourselves (lockdown project) so easy returns and quick deliveries was important to us to source the materials. Also having installation guides and measurements on product web pages very helpful.”

“Dreadful service. Still waiting after 3 days to find out why my shower instructions don't match pieces provided. After ignoring my email follow up and I wasted another 10 mins on their online chat. When I asked if they had rung their supplier in the 3 days, this is what they advised: Quote: 'they a re a overseas suppleir so we can only contact them through email.' It's staggering and I now either decide to wait indefinitely with no shower or drill 12 holes in the £350 frame where I think they go. First and last time I use this company.”

“The product was damaged and we paid our plumber to come out and install it and when we made contact to try and get an exchange were requested to provide a video, photo and details of what was wrong rather than resolving the issue.”
