“I am pleased with the products and this is my second bathroom I am renovating with Victorian Plumbing products. However the pallet that the bath was shipped on was made with wood that was very damp and had fungus strands all along it with other fungus on the pallet. I quickly got it off the pallet and got rid of the pallet.”

“Excellent service and product but the amount of packaging for a relatively compact item was excessive and very difficult for us to dispose. The local recycling center wouldn't take it as it was classed as 'commercial' so we had to the it home and chop it into smaller pieces and sneak it into our waste bin.”

“Website informative and ordering was easy. Heard from courier re-delivery within a few days. Goods delivered day and time slot given. The driver was very accomodating. Goods all ok so far although not fully installed as yet.”

“I have found Victorian Plumbing to be one of the better sites on the internet for delivering when they say they will, good quality products and being able to get in touch easily when needed. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the increase in the price of a towel radiator. I bought one in September 2021 then again in Jan 2022 with a £100 mark up . From £299.95 to £399.95 ! A little extravagant but a very smart rad and couldn't find one any where else as nice so I justified paying the extra !”

“Products are good quality and delivery was quick. Disappointed with the dimensions given on the website for the wash hand basin as it didn't include for the waste which is approx 100mm lower than the dimension stated on website.”

“Good quality product. Prompt delivery. The item was left on the doorstep in full view of passers by and could have been left in a more obviously secure place bear our front door, although realise this was the responsibility of the delivery service and not specifically Victorian Plumbing. Overall very pleased with our item.”
