I’m so disappointed with how this company has behaved. They listed adaptors on their website for flexible tap connectors, however when I received the item they are just compression fittings that don’t have a female threaded end, therefore cannot be screwed onto the valve. I complained about this misleading listing but no response. I sent the item back with postage receipt, asking for a refund of the item and postage, but still nothing yet. They received the item back on 10th December. Avoid these cowboys!! Next step is to get the bank involved in getting my refund.

I was delighted to find everything I needed for installation of new three-piece suite at a reasonable price and free reasonably quick delivery but having ordered and paid for on 24th November I have yet to receive my goods. The delivery driver said he could not drive his lorry up my drive (I had advised I lived in a block of flats on a hill) and then said he could not push/pull the pallet up the hill and that the order should have been put on a van and that the company would redeliver. To cut a long story short my goods have now been returned to Victoria Plumbing as the delivery company said they can only do curb-side deliveries. The most frustrating point has and still is that I cannot speak to Victoria Plumbing which may have avoided my goods having been returned to them instead of to me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT AND DELIVER MY GOODS OR I'M GOING TO MISS MY SLOT OF HAVING THEM INSTALLED.

I haven’t received the order and am only receiving automated responses to my emails. I appreciate that they may have delivery problems but a human response would have been appreciated.

Placed an order in early November delivery date given by courier stayed in 3 days as signature required, no delivery received. Contacted you received an apology and that a new item would be despatched since then no communication received from yourselves or courier. Have lost all confidence in your company.

Shocking service - I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. Moreover when I rang the telephone number given on the Review email in order to make enquiries regarding the delivery of my order, I was abruptly told it was no longer in operation. My Order number is ORD-0001555603-4307309.

The term clusterf*ck springs to mind. Use of every possible excuse linked to an over dependence on auto responses creates the firm impression of a company in disarray. The list of events related to my purchase is too long to include here. However, I will never use Victorian Plumbing again and would advise others similarly.

I ordered three items. One was perfect. One was not needed after all. One was damaged. I sent photos of the damaged item and explained all of this and asked for a full refund. I was sent a new replacement for the damaged item but wanted a refund as could not wait for the replacement to arrive. I have sent emails everyday, received one phone call at 7.30pm and emails are not responded to quickly so two weeks later I still have the items here and no refund. You can speak in person to anyone either. Poor service. Just want the three items refunded. This is not hard.

Their customer service is practically non existent. We mistakenly ordered wrong size shower screen. I spent two hours trying to get through to them to ask if they would be prepared to collect screen while, at the same time, deliver a replacement screen. Couldn’t find the live chat app for days. Eventually (literally four days later) I managed to speak to live chat and operators were very very good. You cannot contact this company by telephone. 6 days later I received an email reply from customer service. I will be very reluctant to place any future orders with this company. To be fair, the quality of the items I purchased is good

Spoke to Victoria Plumb re Grohe elbow fitting for wall mounted basin on 27/10/2021. (Non compatibility with uk fittings) Sent email on 29/10/2021 saying awaiting answer. 04/11/2021 still no answer. Supplying foreign goods without knowledge of compatibility.

The order process was straightforward enough, but I still haven't received my goods nearly 3 weeks later as the delivery company, Palletways, are appalling , they take no notice of instructions to send on a smaller vehicle, despite the detail being noted on their track and trace system and have twice sent a wagon that is too big, they have then promised to deliver on a smaller vehicle the same day, then the next day and not turned up. For this reason I would not recommend purchasing from VP unless you are picking up
