“I ordered a double belfast sink 800mm wide which got delivered in the timescale arranged. My plumber tried to fit it yesterday and it was 805mm so does not fit, i need a replacement that does fit. I had an email asking for a review which offered a telephone number to call and when called it said we do no take calls to this number any more and referred me to your website!! What is the point in offering something and then taking it away!!! dont offer it in the first place!!! ORD-0002677076-4556761”

“The delivery driver would not help me to bring a 2+ metre tall cast iron radiator to the garage at the front of my property. They only do curb side deliveries so if your elderly / a woman or just living on your own, I wouldn't recommend buying from here unless you live with people who can help you to carry heavy loads.”

“SUCH a great website! Massive range of everything from traditional to contemporary. We are changing a lot of things due to a rewire. This site ticks so many boxes! Tiles, bath, radiators, valves, taps, showering, fabulous basins for loo and bathroom, wc.. all on the list. very competitive pricing. Great occasional offers and fab customer service. 👍🏼👍🏼”

“The order was sent really fast which was brilliant but I’m disabled and the two radiators were delivered on a pallet. Even though I told the delivery team on the phone when they booked deliver and called on the morning of the delivery and they assured me the delivery driver would take them off the pallet and bring them into the hall they just left them out side in the garden. Myself and my 73 year old dad had to get them into the house which resulted in a back flair up and now been on full medication for the pain. If I had know the delivery system I would’ve never ordered and will not order from you again. I could have compromised the back surgery had to get me out of a wheelchair I had only 2 years ago because your driver failed to implement the instructions given to him by your team.”

“Needed a new Kitchen tap as the old one was dripping and could not fix it. Found one that lloked right and ordered it from Victorian Plunbing. Arrived very quickly, well packed and with full instructions. I did need to modify these as the flexible hoses would not fit through the large ring once attached to the tap as instructed. However now in place and looking and working fine.”
