“All went well with my order and then it seemed to get stuck over the weekend in Palletways depot but looking back it was delivered in 3 working days. Delivery by pallet may be the safest method but for a shower screen it seems OTT and is expensive as well as a pain cutting 2 pallets up to get rid of them.”

“Goods delivered and damaged Arezzo Toilet and Sink bathroom package) last Thursday. Sent VP emails with images and told this is under investigation and someone will be in touch. Since nearly 1 week on no response and no confirmation that they are coming to collect items for refund as had to purchase sink and toilet elsewhere now.”
