“My own fault - didn't notice dimensions! Unwrapped, chucked packaging & your details, left in bathroom till fitter could finally come. (Covid), then realised it's far too big. Pity, 'cos otherwise it's just the job. I was going to put it down to experience, and went to your site for an alternative, but you have overwhelmed my laptop with ads. Wherever I go. Not only at page sides, but in middle of articles, and as fast as I delete delete 'em, they re-appear. I really don't want anything more to do with you.”

“We were in urgent need of a replacement toilet seat, the only suitable item online was at Victoria Plumbing. The order process was straightforward, the transaction smooth and the delivery prompt. On arrival the seat was well packed, and exactly as ordered. We are now sitting comfortably.”

“ordered a whole bathroom in good faith and regarding the toilet, the fixer did not come with, it was very hard not being able to communicate other than by email and then having to wait for a response that did not come until I had emailed again several times to which I was asked to to photos of the item I have no idea what is because the plumbers abandoned a job they could not move forward with, anyway having done that I still have not heard from them its been a week and still no toilet for myself and my family to use.”

“It was very painful to install the toilet provided with the bidet because of the cheap quality; mainly plastic ! The seat is too small although I am not overweight ! The offer seemed attractive but not worth it, if I knew what I was getting into I would have paid more to get a better quality from a well known brand and a more comfortable size of the seat”
