“I have searched for a direct contact number to speak with SOMEONE. Sent an email to Customer Services, received a telephone call from Customer Services only to be told I’d have to send another email as they were not the right department to help me. Fustrating, unprofessional, worthless, aggy and pointless. I would not recommend Victoria Plumbing to any of my clients.”

“I booked my delivery for a Tuesday, they turned up on the Monday so I had to get my neighbour to take delivery as I dont work from home on Mondays. On returning home I checked the order and I am missing 1 x tile box, the driver has also left a palette and plastic on my drive. I have contacted Victorian Plumbing and its the 3 days since the delivery and I still not heard anything. I have filled out another internet form and wait someone to come back to me”

“Terrible service. Received damaged goods. Still no replacement a week on. Further to this the order was delivered in bits and bobs. Almost lost my company a full project. Ended up having to buy things off the shelf from a local merchant to keep customer happy and try meet deadlines we had agreed. Will NOT use again”

“No phone service, haven't got the parts you need to fit a standard bathroom. I.e. colour match fillet panels. I have been doing this job for over 20 years and fine it unacceptable. Wilk not use again. Mark.”

“The whole experience so far has been very poor, I am no further forward now than I was three weeks ago when I placed my order, I’m £186 out of pocket currently and a part that doesn’t fit ! No communication for the last five days but have been sent this survey Disgusted”

“So disappointing 😞 tiles supposed to be in stock, delivery would be at least 21 days and only delivered on a pallet and no help to get them into the house, tile order cancelled.”

“My whole order didn’t arrive so couldn’t install BUT there’s NO way to talk to anyone!!! Sporadic emails are no use and live chat is a computer which gives useless answers!! I want a refund - but how do I get one??? Not a good company to deal with.”

“I was sent a cabinet that is ugly and I only bought because it was infinitely Dimmable and had two sockets for charging. The tradesmen checked it over to make sure it was not damaged during transit and installed the item. I then discovered it only had one charging port. Victorian Plumbing confirmed it should have 2 a led me along with calls saying they would investigate and rectify but never did.”

“I received a faulty mirror. It is missing some of the coating from the back! Keep getting asked for photos !!!! It’s a mirror for god’s sake and all you’ll see is me taking a photo of the mirror. I’ve sent photos of the back of the mirror which clearly shows the backing coating is missing. Can someone just sort it out?”

“No goods have arrived, been waiting since feb, can’t seem to speak with anyone, they take your order and your money without knowing when they can delivery Your business is important to them so why don’t they respond ? Other that with automated emails, glad I purchased on my Amex as next call is to them so I can at least get my money back and hopefully then order with someone who can respond and delivery”

“I wouldn't advise shopping online with Victorian Plumbing. They offer returns but you need to organise the return yourself. I was unable to find a courier to return my order and therefore I am stuck with it.”

“Our bathroom storage came without all the parts. I tried to ask to send it back, I was offered new parts, which I don’t want and now I’ve been ignored. Aside from the pacts our parcel came without some key parts, the wood is scratched and it appears flimsy. I wouldn’t buy from here again.”

“The shower pod I bought had 10 jets and most of them were leaking from the factory. I had to re seal them before I fitted the pod in place.”
