“My order came the next day and I was emailed to say it had been dispatched within an hour of ordering on line. I also received an email the next morning letting me know it would be delivered that day with an hours time frame. Excellent service. When the product arrived it was exactly as shown and I am very pleased with the whole process. Thank you Victoria Plumbing. This is the second time I have used you and both times everything from the ordering to the delivery and then the product have been the best possible service and quality.”

“The range of kitchen taps on offer from Victoria plumbing was excellent and their prices were good. The delivery was prompt especially bearing in mind the Christmas period when the purchase was made. It allowed us to get our kitchen fully working again in time for Christmas day.”

“Fast delivery ordered and a week later delivered and that’s the week before Christmas. Not yet opened the items as on a pallet waiting to start project in new year just checked all items here and all ok. All well packed and sturdy on pallet so hopefully all ok when I do open. Delivery good and was given a time slot on day of delivery”

“I had 2 separate orders, Victorian plumbing confirmed that both deliveries would arrive on the same day (A Monday). I was told I had to be in all day to wait for delivery so I booked a day off work. On the delivery day I was contacted by the first courier who told me they couldn’t deliver on that day (I then asked them what time they could deliver the following day as I had work in the morning, and they responded that they could only give me a delivery time if I paid an extra amount). I then thought I would check with the second courier who confirmed that they had not even received my items from Victorian Plumbing so would again not be delivering on the already confirmed delivery date. Great products, AWFUL SERVICE!!!”
