“The delivery was fine and contact with the courier prior to arrival was appreciated. The frustrating thing about the entire process was the constant pushing back on availability dates. My order was made on 5th December and whilst at the time of order I was aware that one item was not in stock until 18th December, it has taken until 20th January for me to receive my goods. Staff were helpful when I called to check progress but ultimately couldn't speed things up for me. The offer of next day delivery was appreciated. Finally, due to delays I had to cancel one item on the order. I was told my refund would be with me within 48 hours. It has now been a week and my refund has still not been processed.”

“The overflow cover was covered in scratches when plastic protection removed during fitting. As this was noticed after the 48 hour deadline for fault reporting I have not bothered to complain. Other than that-good service.”

“SENT Item Back, FIXINGS Loose in Transit to Me, so any small indent was caused by Fixings Rattling about IN Your Package, I Repacked item very carefully to return, IN comes an email (sorry No REFUND ) Sent Reply back yesterday saying will go further IF no response to CREDIT, Sort IT out Please, ( pensioner on NO MONEY )”

“After ordering a big order online I was horrified that the delivery driver was expecting to leave a 5x4 ft pallet with my delivery. Expecting me as the customer to take the pallet away. Initially I refused the order as I cannot see why on Earth you would expect me to remove the pallet. The delivery driver swore constantly and kept referring to your internet terms so as a customer I referred to my Rights and told him to take it away and refused the order. After 5 minutes of unnecessary debate the delivery driver allowed me to remove each item one by one and he took the pallet away. Now surely if he allowed me or even took the boxes of the pallet himself then I would be happy. From here I will never order from you again. I've just moved house and ordered everything online and only you have the crazy terms of pallet delivery. You penalise your customers for ordering more from you. I'm in marketing and see your delivery policy as the worst ever.”
