“I have had two deliveries from Victoria Plumbing in the last 2 weeks for a bath, panels and only today, a shower panel. Both deliveries have been very poor - the first delivery had a very rude driver who would not help open the merchandise to check and told me he was on his break. The second delivery driver who attended today had his van packed to the brim and was literally pulling and shoving things around and when I asked him to check the delivered product with me he said no; and that I should check it myself and if I had a problem, I should contact Victoria Plumbing myself who would send another delivery. Very poor service for both deliveries is NOT acceptable. VICTORIA PLUMBING, YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!”

“We bought a metro 4 piece ensuite to replace an ageing and leaking bathroom. The choice and price range was great for us. It was simple to order and the communication was excellent. The delivery was completed ahead of schedule which was great.”

“Ordered over £1600 of items. First pallet turned up soaked and water damage/etc. There Teams are so busy that even damages take 72 hours to be looked at. 2 days later asked for more photos. 7 days later still waiting for an answer. Be very careful about ordering in case there is damage or a fault as they don't seem to want to know or help. Very disappointed!!!!”
