“I ordered a Cosmopolitan kitchen tap and it came within 2 days. The extra screws came 4 days later via Royal Mail. I was very happy with the service and ease of ordering this item. My brother was able to fit the tap so no need for a plumber.”

“The good were okay but the after sales service was none existent. As I said the goods were okay but they caused an issue with the existing equipment. I emailed Victoria for help to solve the problem and to date I have been ignored.”
