“Website, stock choice and illustrations / descriptions are excellent. Items received have all been well packed. However on both occasions that I had deliveries due they did not arrive and I had to chase. Delivery charge removed from first order which was appreciated.”

“Great company to do business with. Products are such good quality. Only issue I have is delivery. The first delivery was excellent. The stuff came on a pallet, the driver was great and gave us time to inspect the stuff. The second delivery which used a courier company was terrible. They said I wasn’t in, when I was. And left stuff on doorstep without ringing the bell. VP need to change couriers.”

“The order process was clear and the bathroom furniture arrived as planned. Only suggestion is to make it clear if a shower tray is not included as we made the error of buying the enclosure without a tray not realising.”

“Simple and easy process ordering our products and really pleased with the quality of items. The only downfall was we were told we would have 2 hours notice when being delivered and received a text at quarter to 4 saying they will be delivered between 3:20 and 5:20. This meant we had to rush to the property which is a fair distance away from home and ended up having our items left in the rain until we reached the property. Luckily there was no damage to the items but was quite annoying for us having to rush up panicking with not enough notice.”
