Delays in delivery, no way of calling the shop. No customer service. Never again.

I’ve never been so let down by the delivery service, this will be to date the second attempt to deliver and I still have not received my goods, this will certainly put me off from making any future purchases from Victoria plumbing if this is the level of service being provided.

All good except I paid for delivery on a specified date and not delivered until the following day which meant that I missed an appointment

Why give customers choice of dates, for delivery, when even given nearly two weeks in advance, only to deliver 5 days later than the date i chose. when emailing to find out what was going on. All I got back, was computer-generated messages. The only email i recived from a human, was three days after I received my goods. asking was could I give a thumbs up. No On a plus side, I am very happy with the products.

The actual order and communication were fantastic. But the company you use to deliver were not helpful. They left 4 radiators, weighing in at around 100kg on the road, would not even bring them to the front door and then left me with a huge palette to dispose of. I had to get some workmen to help me move them into the house. This is not acceptable.

Ordered two toilets - a normal one and a combo toilet/sink one. Wrong internal parts sent for the combo toilet. Customer service is so slow to respond - and their first response was to make us check we were using the right fittings: as if we wouldn’t have done that already. Clearly sent the wrong ones for the loo. Still waiting for ‘manufacturing’ to come up with a resolution - its simple: send the right parts! Wish I’d read other reviews before purchasing from VP. Apparently it’s commonly known amongst plumbers / builders that they’re not great.

I have no issues with the product itself. They are great quality. My issue is with their delivery of products. They just leave everything outside and I live in an apartment which made things really difficult for me. They should at least have the option of doorstep delivery and I don't mind paying extra for it! Plus they leave these huge wooden pellets behind which cant fit in a car and I had to hire someone to dispose of it. Extremely poor delivery service

Your delivery service were very unhelpful , when asked if they would bring it into garden, they were only going to drop the pallet in front of house, not inside the garden !!!’

Pallet delivery service was terrible. I received an email on the Monday asking to pick a day for delivery. I chose Thursday as I was out the country and was only my wife in the house. They delivered the pallets on the Next day on the Tuesday!! Meaning my wife had to struggle with the heavy bath and other items!! No point asking which day you want a pallet delivered if they turn up when they feel like it!!

Bath panel turned up in time but was damaged. had to fit it as didn't have the time to wait for a replacement! This was on a job that had been supplied 3 x faulty toilets by you already. Wouldn't recommend!

Ordering, price & customer service has been great but deliveries have not been good with one item being sent to the wrong address due to error between VP and manufacturer (yet to be recovered) One item arrived slightly damaged and other fragile ceramic items poorly packaged.

The delivery driver would not help me to bring a 2+ metre tall cast iron radiator to the garage at the front of my property. They only do curb side deliveries so if your elderly / a woman or just living on your own, I wouldn't recommend buying from here unless you live with people who can help you to carry heavy loads.

The order was sent really fast which was brilliant but I’m disabled and the two radiators were delivered on a pallet. Even though I told the delivery team on the phone when they booked deliver and called on the morning of the delivery and they assured me the delivery driver would take them off the pallet and bring them into the hall they just left them out side in the garden. Myself and my 73 year old dad had to get them into the house which resulted in a back flair up and now been on full medication for the pain. If I had know the delivery system I would’ve never ordered and will not order from you again. I could have compromised the back surgery had to get me out of a wheelchair I had only 2 years ago because your driver failed to implement the instructions given to him by your team.

I didn’t find shopping with these very easy there delivery was good but trying to get a phone number for them is impossible to descuss returns and then you have to pay a lot to get them returns done , I’ve now managed this but the refund is wrong and again you can’t ring them you have to go on chat that takes ages
