“I found ordering from VP v straightforward and what makes it special is the responsive customer support team which meant that I was confident I'd got all the correct accompanying parts that I needed. The only problem was the delivery. I had expected 48 hours but it was about 9 days. I had to rearrange with our builder and if it had cone just 1 day later our builder was away with half a job done and we with guests coming to stay . Fortunately it all worked out but it was a near run thing.”

“Totally untrustworthy retailer. We've been lied to on 3 different occasions about getting tracking details and a delivery date. 3 different service agents confirmed without a date a delivery date, only for it be cancelled and then updated with "we can't guarantee a delivery date". They clearly have more customer service agents then they have warehouse operators. You can easily talk to someone and get an apology, but that's the extent of their service. Superficial without any action. Awful. Avoid at all costs”
